Fun water sports

If you like speed and fun, this is a great choice! We had lots of fun racing together on the water. Staff were friendly and there’s a camera guy taking videos and photos. We paid $50 to get all the footages.

Had a great time

I had an absolute blast jet skiing with Get Fresh. The guys who assisted us were fantastic. My wife wasn’t comfortable being on the jet sky alone so one of the guys took her out while I was on my own ski. They ensure she would be safe on the water and they made sure she was until I returned to shore. I would definitely use this company again. As a matter of fact I’m about to reserve another day because we are returning to Cabo in December. Highly recommend using The Get Fresh company.

Jet Skis/Glass bottom boat

Beware of the extra charges!

Beware of the extra charges! I booked at the RIU, Cabo San Lucas. The agreed amount was supposed to be $80/half hour. We reserved two jet skis. The charge should have been $160. But when I checked my credit card statement they charged us $239.88. Crazy! When we arrived (15 minutes early, as recommended ) to the orange Aries tent at playa 8 cascades, they asked for my id and credit card - no problem at this point. However, the operator was not ready for us. Then, the life jackets provided to us had broke snaps and were really not good shape. It took three different life vests to find an acceptable one. Luckily, my party felt comfortable in the water. The jet skis looked old and worn. My jet ski had the warning light and alarm on during my initial take off. I am sure that you will a see a response to this review stating that the extra charges were due damages incurred. But I can assure you that we did not cause any damages as we were super “chill”. In addition, they would never be able to know of any damages because as soon as the jet skis are available they send them back out! They will say they look over the jet skis with you but all they will point out are the chipped paint and other visible damage such as a broken mirror. I do not know why they charged us extra. If we caused damage, they should have let us know before we left, and they should not have released the jet skis to the next group. My recommendation is that you video everything, especially the precheck of the jet ski, and take pictures of the poor of the broken life vests.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT TRUST THEM

Recently went to Cabo and booked with Get Fresh Jet Ski rental thinking it would be a fun afternoon activity for a relatively good price but was sorely disappointed with the service. Originally I had attempted to pay for the service with my card but was told my card had been declined twice even though there was money on the card. I thought it was weird but was genuinely excited to jet ski and so I decided to pay in cash instead. I later went to review my bank statements and found they had charged my card and stolen the cash I used to pay. I confronted the workers and requested my money back and was met with extreme disrespect and a denial that they had charged my card even though I showed the bank statement proving the charge went through. I’m currently in the process of getting the card replaced and having the transaction revoked. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend for anyone. Not to mention the vulgar sexual comments made by the staff while on the jet ski. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!

I'm sorry for that but if transacción says diclined money does not came true . if You in on tour SIDE shows the charge don't worry your bank Will retur your money . Steeling My costumers money is not My way make business. One more time i'm sorry for that inconvinius. I'm sure for this time You. Should received your money back.

SCAMMERS my girlfriends and I went jet skiing with this company they charged our card and said it declined when there was plenty of funds on the card. Another group of tourist offered and paid for our jet skiing experience but after we check our phone we got a bank statement they charged the card, another group of tourist said they played the “your card declined” and proceeded to charge theirs as well. They take advantage of young girls in Mexico for their first time and ran away when we went back to confront them and ask for a refund. They refused to allow us to take a photo of their sign up sheet recording who went and who paid. Stay far away from this company.

Great service and great time.

The manager/owner was very nice. I communicated with him to change the time and his location. He was very helpful every time. They are right in the middle of the beach are where all the hotels are on the marina side. Just a great experience we had a lot of fun. They allowed our kids to go on with us. Just great. Nothing bad to write about these guys.

It was nice that they let us have free time with the jet ski. They said they’d stay with us but we lost them early on and couldn’t find them for 30 min after that. Also the guys aggressively asked for a tip after that. Okay experience overall.

The guys who ran the business that day were great. They did a great job of setting us up, guiding us, and keeping our property safe while we were out on the jetskis. I would not ski with this company again, however because 1) there are no lockers to lock up your stuff. You just leave whatever you have on the beach and hope it is still there when you return. If you aren't staying in Cabo San Lucas proper then you have to leave everything except your car key in the trunk of your car and walk back and forth; and 2) there was a small swath of ocean we had to ski on and we basically ran around in circles competing for the little space we were permitted with other jetskiiers - teenagers who weren't paying any attention to us so it didn't feel safe. We paid for 1 hour and ended the session 30 minutes in.
