This was by far one of the best excursions I’ve ever done. They picked us up directly at our accommodations and took us to the beach where we learned the basics of surfing. We each had our own instructor and they were very cool and great teachers. They brought a ton of great food and drinks for us to eat/drink throughout the trip. We weren’t even able to eat everything because it was truly a ton of food! Everything was very well thought out and planned to the point where we just had to show up. There were chairs under umbrellas for us to sit and take a break in the shade when needed. We also had professional photos sent to us the day after the lesson and they came out great. Martin (the owner) is a great instructor and all around awesome dude. Really glad to have found this business and will absolutely be coming back next year to take another lesson and also try out some of his guided scuba diving excursions.

Had an absolutely fantastic Christmas Day surfing with Martin and friends! Everything was great, from the convenient pickup/dropoff from our resort, to the surfing experience, the clutch prepared food once we (inevitably) got hungry, to the great photos sent to us after the trip.
From a surfing perspective, Martin really provided useful training and concepts that help those that aren't as experienced. My 3 sons and I are pretty inexperienced, and after a brief session - along with the tireless efforts of Martin and crew to help "get you going" on the waves - we were all able to catch some waves on a beautiful day.
As mentioned, a full team showed up to give mostly one-on-one support to each of us, in addition to taking a LOT of really high quality pictures.
To top it all off, everyone was really friendly, and it felt like a fun day at the beach with some friends. We have done similar surfing excursions before in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and I can tell you without hesitation this was by far the best experience we have ever had in every aspect.
If you're in Cabo and considering going on a day out to a beach for some surfing, I cannot recommend Cabo Surf Tours enough.

Loved our trip with the Cabo Surf Tours team. My Son and I really enjoyed the excursion. The guides were first class….too notch……just couldn’t have been better. Book this one……these guys are great!

This was an incredible experience! all of the instructors were super knowledgable and had great energy throughout the trip. When we arrived at the beach, they had chairs and snacks set up for us already! I felt like I learned a ton and had such a fun time with the whole team. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area!

I got my nephews and brother surf lessons and they had a blast! The boys have been surfing once before and they said this was way better. All four of them were up and riding real waves thanks to Martin and crew’s excellent instruction. Worth every penny.

Being my first time in Cabo but not my first surf lesson/coaching session, Cabo Surf Tours was by far the best group I’ve had the pleasure of surfing with! Martin, Tufic, and Juan didn’t make you feel like another customer but like part of their crew. From picking you up, having a whole beach day setup for you, to getting some of the best explanations of techniques to better your skills it was all really above and beyond. There wasn’t any time pressure or awkwardness, it was just like surfing with your own posse. Healthy snacks and shade were provided when taking a break, a quick glance and laughs over your photos, surf advice was given, and you were free to get back at it until YOU felt like YOU were done. Overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommended. Left me motivated and I will definitely be back! Thanks again guys for everything!!

Our surf lesson tour with Martin and his team was an A+++! Martin was a wonderful host, driver, teacher for our half day lesson at Cerritos beach. He adjusted the time of our lesson due to the tide and it made such a big difference and we were very grateful for this. His team was exceptional too. We found them patient, encouraging, and fun. We highly recommend this and are telling all our friends to book a tour with Martin if possible.

A spectacular experience from start to finish. We signed up with a group of five, and we all had a great time. They picked us up on time with coffee for all of us. When we got to the beach, chairs and umbrellas were already set up. Our whole group did better than any of us expected thanks to Martin's instruction and help from Carlos, Axel, and others. Afterwards we were treated to some sandwiches and snacks. It was a great experience and everything was taken care of. While it was fun, it was tiring, so a half day was just about perfect. Also, we were able to take breaks whenever we needed them. Finally, the beach was wonderful and much quieter than the ones around Cabot San Lucas, so even our breaks were great.

Reached out to Cabo Surf Tours and Martin for the half day of surf lessons/tour and could not be more satisfied! He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! It really made my trip to Cabo. Martin is a very experienced surfer, great teacher, and good dude all around. He was very responsive throughout the process (gave us updates on the surf the afternoon before and confirmed the location and time for pickup via text) and generally very patient with his clientele. I really appreciated how Martin and then entire staff were very patient when my guest, who also was signed up for lessons, was feeling sick upon arrival at the beach. We didn't feel rushed at all and really enjoyed the surf experience and lesson! And of course, the experience itself is a great deal in my honest opinion! You get chauffeured to the beach about an hour away, get a brief 15min overview (that's all you need), have someone take you out to the water/select the most surfable waves and launch you into those waves for 2hrs, snacks and beverages, professional action photos (these are awesome and I love sharing them with friends!), and a ride back. That is a great deal if you ask me and is hard to find that level of service elsewhere. I successfully rode more than a dozen waves so their lessons were definitely working. Next time I'm in Cabo I'm definitely reaching out to Martin and his staff again for all my ocean adventure! (he also does shark diving, snorkeling, among other things!)
