Knowledge and friendliness of the staff was first class. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The bikes were excellent. Our drivers were entertaining during the trips.

Recommend this company for shuttle service. We had our own bikes but their hires looked like quality bikes. Great instructions, on time and informative.
I’d recommend hiring a PLB from them for $35 because you are very isolated and without cell phone coverage for most of the trail. I also a surprising amount of people without a backpack etc to carry emergency gear if they were to run into trouble.

An amazing 2 day bike ride in beautiful surrounding, excellent accommodation and service. Great info and safety guidelines. First timers on e-bikes and it was a blast, with no worries about finishing we did it in 3hours great fun!

Had the time of my life riding in a pristine native forest. Transport to the start line was friendly and efficient, with luggage arriving at the lodge and at the finish point safe and on time. Overnight in the Lodge, located in the middle of the forest, was comfortable in a large room and very clean with excellent food and service from the team there. Loved the pizza after stage 1 of the ride, which was included in the room price. The 2nd part of the ride on day 2 was the best of the 2 rides and included plenty of signs on the route that explained the history of the historical milling of the forest.

Really personable staff from the shuttles through to the lodge. Loved the commentary on shuttle ride. Staff at lodge accomodating- views awesome- food wow… and it kept on coming!! Accommodated dietary needs.

Very friendly, very well run, easy to do without hicup or hassle, camp is amazing, 10/10 a completely faultless experience, and the 2 day ride is out of this world, best part of our 12 day holiday by far, highly recommend Timber trail and camp epic !
