NOS ROBARON-NO COMPREN.
Compramos el servicio de transporte aeropuerto-Hotel y por adelantado el transporte Hotel-Aeropuerto. Nuestra salida era el 2 de Enero y ellos la agendaron para el 6 de Enero. El vuelo salia a las 4 am por lo que no nos solucionaron nuestro transporte. Tuvimos que tomar otro transporte y por teléfono nos aseguraron el reembolso en su stand en él aeropuerto, por la hora obviamente no habia nadie en mostrador, marcamos nuevamente y ahora no nos quieren hacer un reembolso.
1. Por su error casi perdemos el vuelo ya que nos quedamos sin transporte y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente otro desde el hotel.
2. No son congruentes y tienen una falta de valores impresionante. Al inicio nos aseguraron reembolso y ahora ya no nos lo quieren hacer valido.
No confien en ningún transporte desde el aeropuerto, decepcionante el robo que realizan y lo aprovechados que son.

Rogelio was our driver that returned us to the airport on 12/23/22. He was very friendly and helpful. Her was also on time. I forget the name of the guy who took us to Barcelo Maya Tropical down the airport. He was great as well.

It was a 30 minute wait for our van when we arrived in Cancun even though they knew our arrival time. The driver didn't know where to go, no planning at all, he didn't have a map or Google map access - I had to use my roaming data and let him use my phone.
Our return to the airport van didn't have car seats, even though we requested (and paid for) them well in advance. This driver was terrible, he arrived with his low-fuel light on, rode the low gears/clutch causing my children motion sickness, he drove dangerously through construction traffic on the way to the airport (lane splitting, driving on shoulder, driving too close to other cars), another driver reached out his window to knock on our van to let our driver know he was being ignorant.
Terrible experience.

We use etransfers a few times per yr when we visit our apt in Puerto Aventuras from Cancun Airport. We always have excellent service and drivers and we are always on time without delays. We really enjoyed Darinel Medianas (sp) on our travel on 5/24/22. He spoke English and was friendly and communicative. My husband asked if he was a musician and he even shared his mariachi band's music with us! Vans are in good condition, drivers are friendly and they always offer water. We recommend e transfers.

Arrived 1st week of April heading to barcelo maya. About an hour drive. Prime spring break time and busy. Ordered and paid via paypal on line prior to leaving home, communication was good via email. Be sure to download whatsapp and add their info. It makes life easier when you get there. Had to change my departure time and communication was perfect. Flight was delayed and had to wait a little bit but with the beer carts outside of the airport no problem with that. Make sure you go to the platform in your confirmation and avoid the etransfer people that have (something)taxi on their shirts. Departure pick up was on time with no problems. Make sure you tip, I think the driver should get $15-$20 or more depending on how big your party is. Flawless transfer both was.

I have used the company twice and plan to use for future transfers. The drivers have been prompt and vans are clean. Booking online is super easy. Their prices are very competitive. I use Jaz when booking and he provides excellent service. Be sure to download their whatsapp number for any unforeseen issues. Living in the Riviera Maya I can vouch that traffic here is getting worse. This can cause unintended delays.

muy bien todo a un excelente precio. llegue al Apto de Cancun y al salir de la terminal hay un bar que s ellama Welcome BAr alli estaba un empleado con un letrero de Etransfers me dijo que en 10 min llegba mi unidad pedi una cerveza en el bar (carisimo) y llego puntual la unidad que nos llevo a Puerto Aventuras incluso le pedi que hiciera una parada en una tienda y una farmacia y muy amable. de regreso 525 am llegaron por nosotros muy puntuales incluso me enviaron un mensaje via Whatsapp para llegada y regreso. empleados muy amables muy recomendable
