Well we were here two days ago. Food was not good at all! Liquor is now charged for with the exception of the lowest of the low… I was worried the other plaza premium lounges would be as bad as this. But we also went to the one in Vancouver that was really good!! Food was excellent!! In Vancouver) In Edmonton there was nothing good to eat. And we are not picky! It was bad enough that next month when we fly out of Edmonton we will go pay to sit somewhere else. Very disappointed

While this is not the best lounge we have frequented, it did make our wait for a connecting flight more pleasant. If we have any complaints, it is that the food wasn't very hot, but the beer and wine were cold;).

Hi
I ate at your lounge in Edmonton and the food is sparse, has no flavour or substance. The salad choices are lettuce, macaroni and corn - no vegetables. Entree option is rice with tomato sauce & beans ; or chicken chunks in mushroom water.
That’s it .
By far the worst options and quality of food at any lounge I’ve been at ( BA, Air Canada and WestJet lounge experience as well as Premium in Vancouver - where the food was much better )

This is a terrible lounge. The breakfast is inedible. There is really no redeeming this lounge. They need an entire shakeup to make this lounge better. It appears that managment just doesn’t care. Same slop every visit. The only redeeming feature is that it’s a haven away from the hustle and bustle from below. Would not recommend in any way. Save your $ and go to the Belgian cafe.

Worst airport lounge in the world. Very dirty, hardly any variety of food or drinks on offer. The power outlets are few and difficult to find, there are are no newspapers or magazines, other than two unpleasant types of beer on tap, there is a charge for the real beer.
The cupcakes and pastries are of very poor quality, salad bar is pathetic, the slimy chicken stew goop on rice is the single warm food available.
Not worth buying a pass!! I can‘t believe I paid $100 to spend time here between flights. Never again.

What a disappointment...canned soup cheap local beer with only two selections. Hot food was a joke...all chick pea recipes, with bad Indian spicing.. Run away...staff mostly chatted by themselves...seemed more interested in making sure you pass was valid. I would expect that ordering a burger and fries would be to much...

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting a variety of decent airport club lounges. This one was not one of them.
Value- should be priced at $20CAD.
Priority Pass group and Westjet should separate themselves from this lounge until they improve.
I gave it two (2) stars because it is if nothing else quiet.
Bathrooms - none inside - need to go out of lounge in airport hall on a different level.
Food- 3 hot dishes only. Next to no food or snacks.
A) hot teriyaki chicken stew with rice - good
B) hot vegetable medley - terrible and the most overcooked colorless food I’ve ever seen
C) sandwiches - tuna or egg salad wrapped and badly squished
D) toaster available but no bread
E) No bread, no fresh veggies or dip, no fruit, no granola bars or cookies, no soup.
F) machine coffee (van houtte)
G) Snacks - communal jar of potato chips and jar of doritos!!
H) Alcohol drinka - seemed watered down. And cleaning sponge left in beer tap (hello health board?…). No cranberry juice. Just orange.
No idea who manages and supplies this lounge. Good location for US departures, just terribly serviced.

This lounge is the worst I have ever been to. No one at the front desk upon arrival had to wait over five minutes to be checked in.
Food is mediocre and the service is atrocious. If you need something to drink often, you’ll stand there for one or two minutes before somebody even acknowledges that you’re there.
I come in because with my status, it’s free access, and that is the only reason. If I had to pay for this, I would be pretty upset.

Well can say this isn’t an overly impressive lounge. For the amount of money it costs per visit, you could go have a nice warm breakfast at one of the airport restaurants, and be further ahead. Eggs were barely warm, hash browns overdone, cookies hard as rocks. Most of the selections for pastries weren’t out, could request if you wanted. Also Christmas carols Mid-January?Toronto lounge puts this one to shame.
The staff is kind, there is a coffee machine, and it is a quiet place to relax, but don’t really recommend.

What a disappointment,, the table were covered with dirty dishes, food quality poor, bathrooms filthy- floor covered with things and very sticky.
