Good Morning Elsj You attended the 3 hour vehicle based Wildlife Search tour with a live guide. In this tour you stay in the vehicle and drive on main roads for the whole duration of the tour, we cannot exit the vehicle because according to the National Parks Of Canada we do need to view all wildlife from inside the vehicle. This is for the animal safety and our own saftey. The wildlife are very wild and you don’t know how they may act with human around them. It saddens us to hear that you did not enjoy the tour, we are sorry that you were disappointed.

Good Afternoon, Unfortunately wildlife are very unpredictable and the main goal is to search and hope we can see something while out and about. Sometimes we just aren't that lucky. The guides try the hardest to try and see and talk about as much as possible when they get a chance too. We hope you still enjoyed the tour and you enjoyed the commentary on the tour as well as the beautiful area to look at.
