We have done many walking tours and Glenn (5 stars) ranks as the best guide so far. His knowledge of the city and its history was unmatched. Glen was engaging and very patient with questions. We learned so much, especially about the impact of prohibition, on the history of Vancouver!!

This is the second Forbidden Vancouver tour we have taken and look forward to taking more. The walking was not too fast or difficult for the variety of participants and the stops frequent. Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The weather was a bit damp at times but did not impact our enjoyment of the tour. As life-long British Columbia residents we certainly learned about Vancouver's history, architecture and some interesting characters and events!

I've done a lot of walking tours in different cities and this one was by far the best! The way Janet really took on her character was incredible, it made the story telling so much more fun and I felt like I was talking to someone who really had been there. I almost cried at one point when she talked about her "sister!". Do not pass this up, I'd do it again in a heatbeat!

I took the new Monument Scandal tour with Glenn today and was excellent with a lot of information nicely presented that I did not know about the area and buildings. I have been in Vancouver since a small child and have a keen interest in the city's history. I will look for Glenn on his upcoming Stanley Park tours coming up.

Glenn was such a great tour guide. He is friendly & very knowledgeable about the history of Gastown. If you’re ever in Vancouver I’d definitely recommend this company for a tour.

We had a wonderful time and Glenn gave a magnificent tour. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about other sights that did not necessarily pertain to the tour proper. I hope to come back to Vancouver and go on the rest of the tours offered.

My understanding is that they operate every day of the week. We used Viator to book our tour which has all the time and date information on their website.

When we did it, it was just over 90 minutes. We didn't tour by the the Steam Clock but the tour ends literally one block away from it, so it's easy to find.
