This trip was short and sweet. Met a lot of new people from all over the world. A little too short for my liking. We really packed in a lot of sight seeing in only two days.

This tour was part of a package "Rockies Tour" and I really enjoyed it. The city was very pretty and landscape just amazing. I have spotted my first Bear while walking trough the Brandywyne forest so keep your eyes open 😉.
If you don't mind sleeping in hostel (which were more than decent, especially the one in Whistler), then this tour is a great deal. You get to meet lovely People travelling on their one like yourself.
It's only the the 3rd day (out of 10) and I am having a blast.
Thanks to our guide Jon, he was terrific.
The only wrong thing was the very poor wifi un HI-Jericho in Vancouver, only signals was in the kictchen, no signals at all in the rooms.

The Whistler day tour is brilliant!!
We had quite a few stops along the way, which was great because no wants to be stuck on a bus for 2 hours. The tour stopped at Cypress lookout, Shannon Falls, Brandywine Falls, Whistler bungee jumping then to Whistler Village. All of these place are on the must see/do list.
The day was really well spaced out and it never felt like we were strapped for time.
Ria the leader of the tour was excellent, she was always happy to answer questions and help us out. Generally, she just had a really great vibe about her.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have the Whistler experience.
Plus hitting up the brewery on the way back to Vancouver was just icing on the cake!

What more could you want in a day trip to Whistler. This tour has it all! I have personally driven there myself but on this tour you won't only make friends but possibly go to different areas you haven't been to or thought about going. I was amazed! John the driver was great! You will find out info and details you wouldn't know if you did it yourself. Firstly we went to Cypress Mountain Lookout and that was stunning. Just seeing Vancouver from a different angle. Stopped at 2 waterfalls as well as we managed to fit in a hike to the train wreckage while we were in Whistler, which was my favourite part as it was also next to a beautiful river. I definitely recommend this trip!

So went out to the Island after hearing so many good things from other travellers. It did not disappoint; Julia our guide gave us the down low on the many nature reserves as well as the secret history you wont get in the guide books!! The drives were on some super scenic routes and Victoria would have been nicer to stay in another day!! Tofino was really beautiful and small town. everyone knew everyone else and were warm and welcoming. The Sea planes hummed along taking people out over the island from early morning. such a sight to see them touching down u\in the bay. Some nice night spots (whalers on the Wharf was particularly beautiful and the fish and chips is a must!!) Have no regrets and take this tour; Long beach alone was worth the day drive from Vancouver!!

We had such a great time on the Whistler Day tour. Our driver/guide Jon was awesome and so knowledgeable about the whole area. He took us to a great lookout point from where we could see Vancouver and surroundings. (Cypress Lookout). We also stopped at Shannon Falls and he gave us some time to check out the stunning waterfalls!
When we arrived in Whistler we had plenty of time to check out the Village. My group and I did the Peak to Peak Gondola, Jon even organized a discount for the tickets for us! The view from the top was incredible and we even had some snow! (mind you its early september).
On the way back to Vancouver we had two more stops along the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway. I had such a great time and saw so many beautiful things in one day. Thanks Moose Travel for a wonderful experience, will book again with you for sure!
Also a special thanks to Amanda and Jason that made the booking so easy for me and explained all the tours to mein great detail. Wonderful costumer service!

The Moose Whistler Day Tour is a great way to visit Whistler if you've got limited time (I recommend the two day tour if you have extra time to spare!). It's also a great option if you're travelling solo as you'll get to meet lots of like minded backpackers to share the experience. Booking the tour was quick and easy and Amanda on the desk was fantastic!
We left the Samesun Backpackers, the last pick up spot, just after 9am. Shannon Falls was our first stop. Jolene, our tour guide was really fun and had lots of information about sights along the Sea to Sky Highway. When we got to Whistler we had 4 hours of our own time to explore the village or head up to the mountains on the gondola. There are lots of different activities to choose from!
On the way back to Vancouver we stopped off at Brandywine Falls, another beautiful waterfall. This spot was a little quieter and there was a nice walk through the forest from the car park to the falls.
We got back to downtown Vancouver by 6:30pm. All in all it was a brilliant day out! There's lots to see and do in Whistler and Jolene made the journey lots of fun. I'll definitely be booking another trip with Moose in the near future!

The moose whistler day tour has been one of the top three Canadian experiences.The stop at the Shannon falls was great. Just the right distance from Vancouver. Great location to get refreshed with the mountain air. And a lovely walk to the waterfalls. The moose staff was great fountains of knowledge. Amanda, and john. They both have great senses of humour. It's fantastic what you can do in a day. Great trip looking forward to my next moose travel trip.

As a traveller without a car, getting from Vancouver to Whistler often means skipping out on the incredible views and places on the way. Regular transportation will only get you from point A to point B. Moose gets you there in style, with multiple stops on the way so you don't miss Shannon Falls (the 3rd highest waterfall in BC), the breathtaking views on the Sea to Sky and surprise stops at lakes and beach fronts that are definitely not on Greyhound's schedule. With like-minded bus mates and a knowledgeable guide, make a trip out of visiting Whistler with Moose!
