I booked an express checkin for the Zipline at 9.40. The place was closed til 11. There was no queue though I paid extra to get passed the non existent queue. The white water walk was closed so I paid for a walk that was not available. I phoned the helpline … didn’t get speaking to anyone… no helpline. I paid for a service that wasn’t available, cannot get my money back.

Not great on heights but felt really safe and great way to see falls as you career towards them. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

0 stars. Unclear address. Rudest customer service. Refusal to refund after booking issues. Look elsewhere for way better Niagara Falls experiences.
The zip line doesn’t go over the falls, it’s very low and underwhelming. So they’re misleading in their description.
Once the real address showed up (after booking) as being in Canada, we tried to reschedule or cancel our booking. We had the same lady answer the phone and hang up 4 times. When we finally got her to answer the phone she pretended like she couldn’t hear us. She then hung up on us, telling us that another department would call us back. They never did.
Tried emailing them about getting a voucher. They asked us for a phone number and never emailed us back. Totally unhelpful.
We were patient with them for hours on hold and while we waited for email replies. Just don’t book with them, it’s not worth it.
Thanks for scheming us out of $160.

Hello, planning a trip to Niagara falls ( canadian side) on February 16th 2020. Do you operate in Winter as well? We will have approx. 3 hours in total for Niagara falls trip ( catching another flight from Toronto afterwards) Is it doable to manage? Is the journey on time? thanks a lot, Katherine
