Frank was our tour guide, and he was excellent. Gave us many tips for the area, and lots of facts during the tour. The Hornblower ride was amazing and so was the Behind The Falls! Well worth it!

Bill was terrific - fun and informative. It was a wonderful day exploring the area and checking out beautiful Niagara Falls. Bill entertained us with stories and history of the area and brought a very diverse group together for an afternoon of fun.

Place was clean and well kept marvellous experience will never forget our first sightseeing of the falls

The boat ride was good, and wet! But well worth it. the tour guide gave some good info about the Canada side of the falls. T trip behind the fall was also very good . There was a lot of walking involved , but worth it.

The guide, Lynn was excellent, helpful and informative. The tour length was just about right. Got in to everything without any waiting.

We had a great time with our tour guide Kevin, who really is an expert of the area. He shared many interesting facts and anecdotes about the falls. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. I can only recommend to do this tour and even more Kevin. The great jokes are the cherry on top 🙂

I booked this for my friend and I as part of our bucket list trip to Canada. It was amazing. Frank our guide was so knowledgeable and funny. It was nearly 4 hours and such good value for money. He ensured we bypassed lines so we were not hassled.
I would throughly recommend this to anyone who wants to see the Falls and learn so history to.

Enjoyed our tour. I did go on a similar tour with Viator in May. Thought this one was great as well. Our group of 5 were not interested in celebrity visits and would have appreciated more facts vs fluff. But all in all a great tour guide.

Sarah was an amazing tour guide! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I was concerned about keeping up with the group since I had recently undergone a medical procedure, but Sarah made sure to pace the tour well and never rushed us, allowing everyone to keep up comfortably.
The only downside was how crowded Journey Behind the Falls was by the time we got there. The tour starts with the boat ride in the morning (which was by far the most amazing thing I have ever experienced), followed by Journey in the afternoon, and it was so packed that it felt a bit claustrophobic. We waited in line to see one of the portals but had to leave shortly after due to the crowd.
Overall, the experience was fantastic, but if I could do it again, I would do Journey separately and probably in the morning.
