Bad experience with this - didn’t get to fly as miscommunication with tour… in dispute with a refund! Would not recommend!!

This was the first time that my girl was in a tour like the one and we absolutely loved it. We definitely recommend this experience to anyone who’s coming to the Niagara Falls.

It’s great to see the falls from a different view. The time in the air was just perfect. My wife and I had a fantastic time, I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic flight well worth the 2 week wait. We had our flight canceled twice do to low cloud cover. Thanks to Pilot Denis and Co Pilot Artie we had a great experience and would definitely do it again!

The flight and the experience were excellent, the plane in my opinion was a little simple and old, we had a detail when we were able to board for a pending tax payment, since they did not charge me in full, and I could not fly, until after almost 2 hrs, but in the end we flew and it was incredible

Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport we discovered that the flight had been cancelled. As we had no internet or phone access we did not pick this up. The excuse was that there were bad cross winds on the run way and the plane could not take off or land!
BUT we were there, it was a glorious day with no wind at all, so it was an excuse.
However we were able to go up in a helicopter with another company, so their gain. As we were leaving another person turned up for their flight, once again with no prior warning.
I did get my refund promptly but if it wasn't for the helicopter company, I would have been fuming!!!
