Its water poured down and was shocked. Even though many people say that Niagara Falls is the most beautiful in summer, it also has a special flavor in winter. In winter, I can see half of the frozen waterfalls, and also see the unique scenery of ice crystals on the branches. Fue una buena experiencia. sino tienes mucho tiempo y vas a conocer las cataratas y 1 o 2 lugares más. Regresas y te queda tiempo para hacer alguna actividad más de día. La empresa fue muy profesional

The driver/ tour guide Melvin was very accommodating and welcoming. his history and facts was on point and informative. He is a wizard with numbers and dates! Trip was well worth doing and had enough time at each stop. Would defo recommend.

Von Toronto aus zu den Niagarafällen sollte man auf jeden Fall gemacht haben. Die Fälle sind atemberaubend. Die Fahrt war kurzweilig, da unser Guide uns mit den ganzen verrückten Geschichten über die Niagarafälle unterhalten hat. Zudem gab es immer wieder nützliche Informationen. Insgesamt kann ich die Tagestour zu den Fällen empfehlen.

Very enjoyable day out booked with Chariots of Fire. Pick up at Ripleys Aquarium was easy. Mel our driver/tour guide was amazing, keeping up a lighthearted and informative commentary for most of the outward journey. The Skylon Tower and the Falls boat experiences were good value for money.

Everything went well. The guide was easy to understand and the bus ride was comfortable. We stayed on schedule pretty well, but that of course depends a lot on the group. We had a good amount of free time to walk around the Niagara area and we also had some photo breaks along the way to the falls. We absolutely recommend buying tickets to the Skylon tower from the tour guide. The views were amazing from up there! All in all a great tour.

My husband and I were excited for this tour based on all the great reviews. It seemed perfect for what we wanted. Unfortunately, our only experience with Chariots of Fire was meeting the tour group in the morning and then being weirdly handed over to an entirely different tour company, King Tours.
We arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time as instructed and were confused when we and a handful of others were told to go on a different big tour bus across the street. It was not until after the Chariots of Fire buses had left that we realized we were now on a different tour company's bus with no explanation. We had to sit and wait for this bus to pick up other passengers in town, and we didn't leave Toronto until almost 9:30. This was frustrating, as we specifically booked with Chariots of Fire because of the early departure time. It was an irritating waste of 90 minutes.
The tour itself was fine and offered essentially the same things we were promised with Chariots of Fire, but the driver, while pleasant and kind, didn't give us much information or historical background about the places we visited. This was something I was looking forward to based on what I had read about the Chariots of Fire tour.
We specifically booked this tour because of the smaller buses/tour groups and earlier start and end times, which would have allowed us to catch the 7:00 baseball game we had tickets for that evening. Our bus driver did not seem concerned with sticking to a schedule or getting back by a certain time, and many of the passengers were late each time we re-boarded the bus which made us later and later throughout the day. We also spent an extra hour at Niagara on the Lake, which the driver pitched as a lucky bonus for us, but we would much rather have gotten back on time. On top of that, we hit major traffic getting back into the city (nobody's fault, but exacerbated by our lateness). At the beginning of the day the driver said we'd be back around 6:00, which we thought was fine since we'd still have an hour buffer before the game. We didn't actually end up getting back until after 8:00, which caused us to miss half of the game.
I understand this may have been a last-minute change due to unforeseen complications on their end, but we felt a little deceived as none of these changes were brought to our attention and it negatively impacted our plans the rest of the day. It appeared to us that Chariots of Fire overbooked the tour and then passed us off to a totally different tour company without explanation. That may not have been the case, but we found the lack of communication and information frustrating. Not what we expected.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this happened. Our tour bus broke down the day before. The other company promised us they would leave for Niagara Falls the same time that we did, and that they would do the same tour and be back around the same time. They had a different driver that day, and obviously this didn't happen.
This is the only day we transferred a few of our passengers to another company, and it won't happen again.
We apologize for not providing better information, the delays in the schedule, and the inconvenience and problems it caused .

Great tour! Our driver and guide, Mel, was fabulous! He was welcoming and had a very calm demeanor. He provided the tour with a vast array of knowledge about the local areas and the history and some great dry humor!

It was a great experience. The boat trip near the falls is a must. You will have some free time after the boat tour, so make sure to take loads of pictures of/with the falls from the viewing deck because that would be the last stop before leaving. I didn't think that I would enjoy the maple syrup tasting too. Mel has funny commentaries during the journey that will keep you entertained.

It is mother nature wonderland , got to visit once in your life time , just spectacular ,and breathtaking view , the fall located in America and Canada side , there is two falls in the U.S side and well know Horseshoe Fall with 170 feet fall on the Canadian side , we are so close to the fall what a majestic view , we all got sufficiently soaking wet ! what a Kodak moment , best spot for photo view for the whole Niagara Fall is at the Skylon , great fun .
