It was awesome experience. Prefer private booking, you will get seat next to pilot(with extra $40) and really cool view.

The Tour per se is quiet nice. Since about 40 mn from Montréal center by car, the hotel called them to reserve but they said they had many tours that day , just come along, in reality, as I went there the same day midday, it was said there was nothing until 7pm or next day, so I booked for next day which was not great considering the two return trips expensive even by uber.
Furtheremore, the payment was done by credit card by the receptionist manualy inserting all my credit card datas in his computer which I did not like but since the person making the registration (one of the employed pilots) said they had no card reader , he said it was not possible otherwise. I did not like it but the place appears serious.
Furthermore, he asked me my ID and took a photo without asking me with his smartphone which I requested him to delete right away from photos (and deleted files in the phone) which he did.
I found it very umprofessional to risk privacy datas from my credit card and privacy datas from my ID (realy dangerous combination of datas). Since it is the only place I ever used my cedit card that way , I reported this to the hotel telling me that this should not have been requested from the helicopter company ( expensive flights but they dont have money for a credit card reader !!!) .

We had an outstanding experience with the team at Helicraft. We were rescheduled due to bad weather the day prior and the team were fantastic in terms of their communication & flexibility to find us 2x times the following day as we were departing that day. The flight itself was excellent and our pilot did an awesome job with our kids and showing us the sights of Montréal. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Nice weather, gentle and experienced ploit make the perfect helicopter trip over Montreal. The pilot called me 30 mins ahead to explain the wind could make the trip a little bit bumpy. And He give me the option to reschedule if i did not feel comfortable. When we arrived, the preparation process is very short and professional. Get everything ready and fly. It is a 30 mins amazing view from the sky to watch Montreal. So far It is the best tour i have in Montreal. I definitely will do it again during summer!

The whole experience was great.
From the anticipation of liftoff to the landing.
Luckily weather was great.

For the birthday of my son and his 2 friends, the pilot gave them a memorable tour of Montreal and the surrounding area with the colors of the St-Hilaire Mountain in autumn, the harvest of the fields. They all loved it. Thank you to all the team for a unique trip.
