A Perfect Afternoon in Montreal

It was a lovely tour. In 3 hours we saw so much of the city and we were given insights into the history and various neighborhoods. Mounir offered a wealth of information as he drove us around the city. He always found the prefect spot to let us out for a photo. The small group allowed for Q & A. I would highly recommend this tour.

heavy duty tour group

My son and I took the train from Ottawa to Montreal early in the morning, signed up for this half-day tour, I want my son to get to know the city of Montreal, we will only stay in Montreal for half a day and then will fly to another city, so carry a small suitcase with wheels, but the tour guide driver told us that he was afraid that thieves will smash his car glass to each of our attractions must be dragged The tour group is designed for tourists to enjoy the journey rather than adding a burden, and each coach has insurance, for fear of thieves and reject the suitcase of the tour bus I think the reason is ridiculous, the first time I encountered a bus that can not accept suitcases, this group We spent about $250 Canadian for the two of us, I think it was enough for us to rent a car and drive around Montreal for a day, I was very upset about the suitcase thing, it made me not in a good mood to visit the city, this tour is not suitable for young people, so please specify that this tour does not accept carry-on suitcases, other than the guide's explanation is still OK.

We are truly sorry Mary that you didn't fully enjoy your tour with us. We operate small-group sightseeing tours and we don't expect our guests to have suitcases on them when taking the tour especially when joining directly at the tour start point. If you had informed us about that in advance, we would have given you some suggestions. When met at the tour start point, you have been instantly informed about this by your guide and you were told that exceptionally, it will be accepted to take the suitcase in the van if you would keep it on you when stepping out for long visits. You accepted that and it sounded like you appreciated our flexibility then! Later on, you have been told several times that you don't need to carry your suitcase wherever it was estimated that it is not a high risk to leave it in the van. Only when reaching Mount Royal Parc where it is highly recommended by Montreal Police not to leave any unattended luggage in the vehicle when parked, you were asked to keep your suitcase with you. Montreal is reputed to be one of the safest cities in North America but leaving unattended luggage in the vehicle in the park is what encourages some opportunistic individuals to take advantage of such irresponsible acts. A broken window means a vehicle that is out of service for several days. Due to the current shortage of vehicles this leads to the cancelation of some clients' reservations. It also means lost revenue to our company and no insurance would pay for that.

Engaging afternoon in Montreal!

As part of our honeymoon, my partner and I took this tour of Montreal. We really enjoyed all of the sights that we saw, and felt we got a great overview of city. Mounir was extremely knowledgeable and engaging tour guide, who shared a lot of interesting tidbits about the city and was able to answer all of my questions. He never made us feel rushed at any of the stops and was kind enough to take pictures of us as well. We also really appreciated that it was a small group tour - we got to know Mounir and our other tour mates better that way and had a more hands-on experience. It was also nice that pickup and drop off to our hotel was included. I would highly recommend!

Great experience!

Mounir was an amazing tour guide! He was very kind and knowledgeable about the city. You can also feel how much he cared about our experience and also provided the option for us dictate the tour if we wanted. We ended up spending some extra time at the end and he didn't complain either. We did this tour as part of my bachelorette trip and we do not regret it. Got a great selfie with Mounir too!

Anniversary visit

We had an amazing time with our guide Mounir . He was so pleasant and knowledgeable about every area we visited . Highly recommend him . He made the day so much more enjoyable.
