Overall is a most if your in Montreal or nearby.

Quebec City is a great place to visit. The town is beautiful. All its shops, restaurants and of course its architecture are outstanding. Our ride was smooth and our tour guide Eddy was excellent. Would like to stay at least 30min more at the Montmonery falls.

Trip Advisor Nor the Agencies they book for accommodate in the event of delays or issues on their behalf

Our tour bus broke down on the side of the highway for over two hours on the way there. We had to wait for another bus to come get us and the stop to drop that driver off before we were able to actually start the trip. They then had to rearrange the order of things making everything super rushed. We barely had any time to eat lunch. Quebec City is full of great shops to explore but with 50 minutes there wasn't any time to wait in line for food, let alone stop in. The afternoon was just as rushed and most of the restaurants were sit downs, so because of the delay we did not get dinner. Then on the way home the bust stopped at a rest area with vending machines. We had a child with us so this was an incredibly difficult day. I contacted trip advisor and received an email indicating I would receive a response within 7 days. That response was due May 24th but still no one has responded from Concordia Travel or Trip Advisor. Quebec City is beautiful and requires time to explore. Do yourself a favor and rent a car for the day. It is likely much more affordable and accommodating.

Nice day trip

Wonderful day trip! We were picked up at our hotel and brought right to the bus. They assign seats in the order of your reservations, so we were up front. Lovely tour of Old Quebec. Boat ride was very nice. Then we went to the falls. It was a nice day, so it was mobbed! We were disappointed that the mansion closed at 5:00 although there were still hundreds of people there. Overall, very nice day.

Great excursion

We were picked up on time from our hotel and driven to meet the bus. The bus was clean and comfortable with a small bathroom in back. We stopped on the way there to use larger restrooms. Some people got food there - I got a coffee. Our tour guide Nuo was friendly, organized and knowledgeable. He said everything in both French and English, as did Nicole who gave us a tour of Old Quebec. Both guides were interesting and informative. Quebec was very enjoyable and we found a great fondue restaurant when we were on our own for lunch. The boat cruise was nice, the waterfall was spectacular and the ride back went smoothly. Even my 19-year-old son had a good time and learned some history.

Bonne organisation. Bus très confortable. Le plus est qu'un chauffeur est venu nous chercher devant notre appartement pour nous amener jusqu'au bus. Les deux guides étaient très professionnels bref nous recommandons sans réserve.

Awesome day trip at enchanting QC!

We went when cruise was not in play, so time was replaced with our own free time. Plenty to see for the 4 hours or so you have. A great time to go (less crowded) and lucked up with some great weather for nice lunch at outdoor patio. Just a great spot, but be warned: a LOT of stairs and hills to climb, so being in good shape is a must!
