John was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and so fun. He knew how to get us into all the extra parts of the Castle and Chapel. He took his time and catered the tour to our needs (my wife is an ancestor of the former residents). I highly recommend John!

John is exceptional. He’s not only highly knowledgeable and personable, he’s also fun. Our group of four from Southern California had a great time with John touring Arundel Castle. We would highly recommend him.

John was incredibly attentive to our needs and a wonderful host. His 'facilitative' style led to many interesting conversations with the docents and guides at Arundel Castle. His willingness to invite others into the conversation made for a much more collaborative encounter.
John is a true gentleman and will keep you in good care under his watch.

We had a fabulous time at Arundel Castle with our guide John. He went above and beyond to help 3 senior ladies enjoy our visit. The castle was stunningly beautiful and much easier for us to cope with the help of the lift. John was very knowledgeable about the castle and it’s history. His favorite room was the library and it was mine as well. We have no doubt that we will be using John’s expertise next year as we visit the Kent area, he has already made some exciting suggestions. Thank You so much to John England.
