Great coffee and rum tasting experience. Felix was great and very friendly. Would recommend both experiences to coffee lovers and alcohol neat drinkers too.

Took a ride down for the rum tasting and whatnot. FELIX was an amazing guide for both the tour and the gift shop/cigars.
Informative, fun, inclusive, certainly felt buzzed up on the way out (especially after a stop in the cigar lounge).
Lots of stuff to look at and do. No issues with transportation or anything else. Thanks for a great time with our friends.

It was a very educational experience! The rum was delicious! Rudy was very knowledgeable and nice! We also enjoyed learning about the cigars.

This tour was well worth it. Though you are not at the actual distillery, the tasting room they had aet-up made you feel like you were. It was very well done and the tour leader did a great job of walking through the different rums being tasted, 4 in all. Afterwards, there is plenty of shopping to take advantage of to include cacao, cigars, coffee, fine jewelry and casual souvenirs. The people in the shop are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. This tour is highly recommended.

Roody was amazing! He was very personable/knowledgeable about the history and production of rum. Pairings complemented the rum nicely. Staff of store the rum tasting was held in were very friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy the rum tasting and pick up some cigars and souvenirs afterwards. We would recommend this excursion to any rum drinkers!
Our only negative is we had signed up for the 11am tasting to include transportation. The very friendly driver arrived promptly at 1045 and told us we had two more pickups. One pickup we sat while the driver attempted to locate the clients in a very crowded hotel lobby - they ended up being a no show. The other stop was a man, woman and their wheelchair bound adult daughter. Our bus was not handicapped accessible and it was a struggle for the driver and guests to bring the daughter onto the bus. I do understand it was a challenging situation for all but it caused us to be almost an hour late to the rum tasting. We had to wait for the next tasting to start- an hour and a half after the one we booked. It was unfortunate circumstances all around but in the future would arrange direct transportation to avoid being put so far off schedule.

This was perfect for a quick day excursion. Pick up and drop off from our resort was easy. Santiago, was also great. You're sure to find a rum you like and leave knowing a lot more about what makes Dominican rum special.
