I was a bit skeptical when I saw a few bad reviews, but I'm happy I still went ahead. I had no complaints and there was no delay. I had someone waiting for me with my name on a list at the airport and there was wifi onboard the shuttle which was great as I got to stay in touch with people. I booked a round trip, the pick up was seamless as well and they had a few representatives with desks at the airport as well.
Big shoutout to Penelope from customer care as well. I called her for confirmation and she was very patient and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I booked transportation to go to resort and back to airport. Plane was rescheduled and I contacted every time with an update. We landed in Santo Domingo at 3:12 am and no transportation showed up. After 2 hours we ended up paying $200 to take a cab. The emergency line did not answer. They did not show to take us back to the airport either. It’s a scam. I spoke with others at our resort that had issues also.

Our driver was very Professional! He arrived 20 minutes early and got us to the airport very quickly. The car was very clean. Couldn't have had a better ride. Also they were very responsive via email
