Lamentable, estafados. El transfer de ida todo bien en el aeropuerto, el de regreso nos estafó Willington en Bahia Principe, Se nos quedó con nuestro tranfer de vuelta, Fuimos 3 días a coordinar el regreso, y lo único que nos ofrecía eran excursiones y otras cosas, y como no le comprábamos nos decie que volviéramos al otro día. EL día del retorno nos dijo que habíamos perdido el transfer por no haber coordinado antes de 24 hs, y habíamos ido 3 días seguidos. Nos dijo que debíamos pagar otro transfer, y nos ofrecía un taxi de otra empresa mas barata seguramente en su conveniencia. No nos solucionó y se quedo con el dinero de nuestro transfer

Our booking was private and Coming2 ne took us with the group to the hotel.

Transfer privato dall'aeroporto di Punta Cana al Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar e viceversa; in entrambe le occasioni il transfer è stato puntuale e ci ha portato a destinazione senza problemi. Una piccola incompresione con la sede centrale stava per cancellarci il transfer di andata ma è stato tutto velocemente risolto.

The driver did not show up. Desk closed. We called him and he said we should take a Taxi. What the hell. So we paid extra for someone Else,as we are travelling with a baby there was no time to argue. Guess who is fighting to get the money back now? Bunch of thieves!

Purchased roundtrip transfer to and from airport. Was given a card to print my return information and call Socrate who would arrange my return. When I reached the resort I called and texted Socrate and he took my return flight information and said he would call back with the time I will be picked up. Needless to say I never heard from him again. He stopped texting and answering my calls leaving me with no return pickup information. The night before my departure I had to contact the company to arrange my pickup.

The Coming 2 Rep at the Bahia Principe - Guerline, was extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked her multiple questions and all she was concerned about was her cell phone. I will not use this company in the future.

Most people focus on price and over crowding when it comes to shuttles, but Coming2 put those two items on the bottom of my list. They were great in communicating, cheap (compared to most shuttles and Taxi's) and above all, clean and Organized.
The driver was not crazy or illegal while with guests (As in most countries folks tease permissive driving laws). We had a person per seat, they cared for our safety and above all, want our business to come back. Definitely Recommend and will save in my contact for future Dominican Trips. Now that I read they had Tours and activities, I will also keep that in mind when booking.
NOTE: PLEASE, do not be fooled by the Airport "Greeters". After you exit customs there will be a set of desks (with lime green countertops) and greeters asking if you have transportation and need assistance. They will trick you to come over to one of the Desks and take your time offering Tours and Other accommodation arrangements, etc. Just keep walking to the second set of Doors (Out doors). Then you will see the Lime Green Vested young man waiting for you with a Tablet that has your name and a Clearly marked Van.
New Airport Owner wants to promote his own stuff and get you hooked for "next time". Keep in mind, Coming2 is a shuttle, so you can be the one waiting for or being waited on...
