Buongiorno tutti. Volevo informarvi che oggi alle ore 10:50 presso la stazione aereoportuale di mestre dove e in servizio l'azienda Alilaguna, dopo aver fatto chiarezza con il personale della biglietteria e il capo Area di terra, ho dimenticato a casa il mio abbonamento cartaceo e mi trovo la foto. Il capo area mi ha detto che nn potevo salire dopo aver fatto vedere foto del mio abbonamento è numero di tessera che rispecchiava la mia identita. Tutto questo il capo arera di terra di turno mi ha fatto fare un biglietto per salire a bordo. CON tutto questo ( VOLEVO DIRE PRENDO TUTTI I GIORNI ALILAGUNA) personale di terra molto pessimo con il dialogo con i clienti. Il capo area di turno di terra che dovrebbe assistere hai clienti con molata educazione, invece è risultato tutt'altro. GRAZIE ALILAGUNA DOPO LA DISAVVENTURA.

Buongiorno,
ci dispiace leggere quanto accaduto e ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente.
Purtroppo, pur comprendendo il disagio, il personale di terra si è limitato a far rispettare la policy aziendale: in mancanza di un abbonamento fisico infatti non è possibile fare accedere alcun passeggero a bordo.
Ci scusiamo se ritiene che il nostro staff non l'abbia assistita adeguatamente e sicuramente lo faremo presente perchè non accada di nuovo.

This was a quick and easy way to go from Venice to Marco Polo airport. We avoided the crowds, the number of stops, and trekking with suitcases to a public pick up spot. There was only the three of us on the boat which picked us up at our hotel right on time. The helpful driver assisted in loading our luggage onto the boat.

Pour rallier Venise depuis l'aéroport et inversement. Un bon moyen de se mettre dans l'ambiance. La vue en arrivant est très belle. De plus la ligne Orange passe par le Grand Canal et vous en donne plein les mirettes dès les premières minutes à Venise

Very impressed with the service provided.
Called to confirm the pick-up time and location, several days before the departure transfer - as is requested when the booking is made.
The day before pick-up returned to the hotel to receive a letter from the taxi company re-confirming and reminding us about pick-up the following day.
Taxi arrived several minutes early and we had a smooth journey to the airport - especially since it was quite wet and windy.
On arrival into the water taxi terminal, a representative was waiting to walk us directly to our airline's check-in desk - very impressed with the service offered.
Would highly recommend and would use again.

Smooth service, arrived on time, this time we had a polite taxi driver,
Again we were taken he reversed the taxi and took us through the industrial side of Venice out to the airport...I would dearly love to know wether this is down to restriction!
We stayed in Dorsoduro which had a 15 minute walk to Rialto bridge, we were also not that far from the grand canal. As we took water taxis home to and from St marks square to avoid the crowds...!!!!

The return journey on this private departure was as good as the arrival.
On the paper work we received it asks you to ring the company to confirm the time of pick which i did. having listed to the recording in Italian and then in English got straight through to an English speaking guy who confirmed our pick up was at 8am. Also told us that they would be sending details confirming pick up point etc the day before our departure to our hotel which they did. The pick up point was where they had dropped us off at the beginning of the holiday.
The boat arrived on time, a few minutes early, and we were whisked of to the airport.
On arrival at the airport, about 20 minutes, we were greeted by a young man who took our luggage, confirmed the airline we were flying with and escorted us right to the check in desk.
You couldn't wish for a better service

They were right on time, we had a private one which meant we all got to sit in the back and took photos, the perfect way to end the holiday.

We used this service from and to the airport. All was fine except our hotel didnt receive the confirmation fax the day before departure so we didn't have the time confirmed. We tried the emergency number numerous times with no answer, I didnt receive a reply to my email, or a reply to my FB messages. Spent most of the night awake worrying we weren't going to be collected.
Recommended but if you have an 'emergency number' please answer any calls made to it.

Contratamos desde Barcelona la visita a La Fenice. No no equivocamos. Son puntuales y eficaces. Hacer mención especial de Laura, nuestra guía, que nos hizo pasar una mañana muy agradable.
También les contratamos el transfer en lancha compartida desde nuestro hotel hasta el aeropuerto y todo fue puntual y perfecto.
Muy recomendable.

I need to have services for my wife and I to depart Hotel Serenissima on Saturday for Delta Flight 193 leaving the hotel about 0700 as the flight leaves at about 1100. Is this possible?
