We booked Airport-to-Hotel and Hotel-to-Airport private transfers with this company. The first part, Airport-to Hotel, was highlighted by a ten minute wait at their airport counter while they "got the details" of our booking. Then they "escorted" us to the Water Taxi bays via an outside path of some 400m length that my 88 year-old mother was required to walk (we found out later there was an internal people-mover which they had ignored). Next, they delivered us not to the private boat pier of our hotel but to the general public bay which required another 200 meter hike (we found out later from the hotel they could have boated directly to them but it would have cost them personally an additional €20 fee). The return trip, Hotel-to-Airport, was highlighted by a 40 minute delay at the pick-up point, where I had to instigate contact with them twice for updates in order not to miss our flight. But the major disappointment was the price: for the same service, we found out later that the hotel could have provided the private transfers for approximately €130 per way, instead of the €215 per way charged by this company – and for that extra money, we got miserable serve in both directions. Check directly with your hotel before clicking on any airline-booking related links!

Our arrival had gone without any issue. Our departure was different. We did arrive at our departure point to find a work boat tied to the jetty. This entailed our boat having to pull up alongside the workboat. To access our boat we had to walk a plank up onto the work boat and then across another plank over the hull of the workboat onto our unsecured boat! I managed with the suitcase, but my wife who has an unstable ankle at the best of times found this quite frightening. It was totally unacceptable. It was snowing, slippy and to top it all the boat man asked me not to touch the boat when I was trying to bring the two boats together. Not impressed at all.
