August is the worst month....lot of people and sometimes can happen in thousands of customers to have one like this.... Capri is a very expensive island and everybody know that you can pay one croissant and one cappuccino 20€ and this customer I don't know what was expecting more than they had....one hour of island tour with large and comfortable boat seeing all the sights and guide on board.... We never sell the blu grotto experience through the website and never and never ever in August due the long long line to get into the grotto having tons on complaints. Never try to sell as a small group experience.....in capri it costs about 100€ itself.....and it's not our fault if they charge a ticket to entry at the blue grotto...mostly we offered another ride to get there for free....what else! For some customers never is enough....we use to said ....a kind of people like this want the drunk wife and full bottle! With just 23 € what u can expect more than a 1 hr ride on super comfortable and safe boat and definitely in August is packed with a lot of passengers...but this is normal for the people that use to travel .... during this period...aybe not for those who expect to have the moon with few box in Capri....an espresso can be paid 20€ in Capri!
