Sanjeev made our arrival into Auckland easy and stress free. He kept us informed and met us at the arrival gate. Handled all of our luggage and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. For two women arriving late at night to a new destination, it was comforting knowing we were in good hands with someone knowledgeable about the area.

Excellent pre-trip communication, made pick up very easy to manage immediately outside arrivals. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and spacious, Sanjeev drove confidently, safely and kindly answered our many questions along the way. Door to door service so good, we’ve booked him for return journey to a different departure point.

Perfect for families! Priced well, speedy communication/replies, on-time pickup/transfers, Flexible and private.
Used this service for 5 trips because it was just what we needed as far as flexibility, getting from Point A to B but privacy (NOT a shared shuttle experience). Families with younger multiple kids (there was four of us) know that its hard to travel in groups because lets face it, the kids run the schedule. Sanjeev and crew was extremely understanding despite sudden sickie accidents, unforeseen potty breaks and oh we forgot their favorite toy, please turn around moment! If I come back to Auckland again, I will be calling them for any transfer needs.
Trip 1 - Airport pickup: On-time with greeting at the gate after you get your luggage and go through customs. A little of a walk to the car port so make sure you have a luggage cart or pram for kiddos.
Trip 2 - Personal round trip drop off and pick up morning and evening an 1.5hr away from Auckland. on the way out, we realized we forgot something and had to turn around. They were extremely kind to do this for us.
Trip 3 - Pickup from Auckland > Hobbiton > Drop off Rotorua all in one day. Even had a nice stop somewhere for Coffee and Toilet break.
Trip 4 - Pickup from Rotorua and stopped to have lunch on the way back. It was pouring rain but that didn't stop them from coming on time. One of the kiddos got car sick and had an accident and thankfully they were sooo kind and didn't get angry at us and told us not to worry about it. Still smiles during Trip 5.
Trip 5 - Pickup from Auckland > drop off at airport.

I was traveling alone so I needed reliable and safe transportation from the airport to the hotel. I read many reviews and this was was the best. I was greeted with my personal name. Then we proceeded to a nice vehicle and had pleasant and helpful conversation along the way. Sanjeev was so nice and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again and often.

We (three of us) landed in Auckland from USA and Mahendra was there to meet us with a sign with our name. He took us from Auckland International to Auckland Centra Business District and our hotel. Mahendra was very friendly, helpful and full of information for us. The ride was extremely clean, safe and professional. We liked them so much that we had Mahendra pick us up after a few days and take us back to the Airport for a flight to Queenstown. Again... Outstanding Service! Comfortable and professional. Arriving back from Queenstown, we added two more friends to our group for a total of five with luggage. We contacted Shine Suttle again and Sanjeev was right at the Airport with our name sign waiting for us. This time we had a larger vehicle for very adequate and comfortable accommodation, and Sanjeev took us back into Auckland to our hotel. We reserved our transport with him for a few days later to return to Auckland International for our trip back to USA. Sanjeev was back to pick us up on time and got us back to the airport. What A GREAT Experience! We used Shine Suttle for our entire transport needs during our trip and the service and experience could have not been better! Shine Suttle is your "Go To" place for transport in Auckland! Thank you Sanjeev and Mahendra! GM-Tulsa, Oklahoma

I read a review on Sanjeev Prasad, Shine Shuttle. They definitely live up to their great ratings. As a group of 3 arriving in Auckland with 3 weeks of luggage each, we definitely didn't want to handle public bus transportation. We were met right out side the gate as we exited customs and there he was with a sign. You can also contact him by email at:

He was personable, responsible and took care of us even though he was leaving on a very short vacation. He works with a group of 4 other drivers and they are exactly the same. On time and they do make sure you meet your plane, ferry or boat. We used their services 3 times and highly recommend the services. He reached out to me to confirm times, flights, etc.
We were worried about taking a ferry from Waiheke Island to Auckland and then onto a international flight. No worries, they were there as we came off the ferry. Love their service.
