Great preparations, excellent tour, and thorough follow-up

Barbara reached out and communicated timely, responding promptly. Arriving at my hotel on time, she even managed to include it as part of the tour. We had an eclectic introduction to Bristol, covering history, religion, the naval aspects of the port. I was left with several activities to pursue, with clear instructions.

Barbara set a high bar for the two other private tours I booked this week. She is a great resource to learn about Bristol and the surrounding regions.
