If you're in Cambridge, punting is a must. Our guide John (the only American on the river Cam) was excellent. His delivery was anything but stale, his wit unmatched and we engaged with us like we were having a conversation. If you want an authentic British experience, John delivers, although not with a British accent.

We really enjoyed the trip down the river with an excellent punter named Alex L. He was very knowledgeable about the facts of the area and answered our many questions we had on top of all the information he provided. He made the experience a good one. Tell Alex's mum who reads his reviews she should be proud of her son. Kind, courteous , polite young man.

Fabulous day out. Our chauffeur Joe was very knowledgable on historical facts pertaining to Cambridge. He had a friendly and entertaining manner. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended.
We had Jack C as our captain. Absolute gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a good sense of humour. He was very good with the kids that were aboard the boat, as he was able to answer their questions eloquently.
Great value for money in comparison with the other companies. We paid less than half of what anyone else was asking for. Secret; book early.

We had a wonderful private tour with Tom G as our guide. We booked the tour for us and our 4 French relatives and Tom made a great effort to speak French and explain some of the information in French. He had a great knowledge of Cambridge (we're both locals, so we know!) and he spoke really clearly.

Such a fantastic experience, so glad to finally see this beautiful city from the river. Our guide, Will, was especially good - it was a relaxed tour which we were hoping for - but he was super friendly, gave us lots of interesting information and happy to answer all our questions.

We had a great time on our Private Punting Tour. Tom G ensured we had a smooth ride, which was very informative as well as entertaining. Booking online beforehand was really easy and we were able to leave our buggy with the cashier on the riverbank. Would definitely recommend.
