It was a great time and we really enjoyed it and the staff was really nice and we get the sea animals we really nice to look at.

The animals are so well looked after, I had great fun watching them all content and happy in their habitats.
I went to escape life for a minute and it did just that, such a calm environment- I think the time and day I went also helps with this. I learnt so much about the animals, special shoutout to the gentleman at the end of the tour (maybe Kyle) who gave such an informative experience that was still interesting and funny. He was friendly and had such enthusiasm about his work place which was refreshing to see. He even answered many questions after even sharing information about insects too and they knew many facts about each species in the large tank even the smaller fishes (smallest but fastest). You can really tell the animals are in very qualified hands.
The staff were friendly, there is plenty to see and it’s a great value for price. Thank you x

Really enjoyed our visit to Sealife today. Lots to see, staff were lovely, very interesting; we absolutely loved it. Especially seeing the sharks!
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the price of the photographs taken on the way round is ridiculous. Even if you just wanted one photo, it would have been £13! Far too much, in my opinion. And we were going to have a cup of tea in the cafe , but it doesn't take cash.

Excellent experience Sea life and staff, the Aquariums are so secured, clean and transparent. I doubt some lovely creatures I never experienced and the habitat and regions it was.

The whole experience from start to finish was fun, enlightening and amazing. Staff were attentive to answering any questions, no end to their knowledge. Very friendly and helpful. The highlight has to be the shark tunnel which is just amazing. Worth every penny and worth a visit either as a couple or as a family. Five stars isn’t enough. We loved it! And we will visit again.

This was the best aquarium I have been to in the UK! There is so much to see and so much information about the animals. You can tell that the staff really love their jobs and that they really care about the animals they’re talking about.
Not 5 stars because unfortunately we did see some fish that had eye problems and in one particular tank there were 2 fish that had clearly been fighting for a long time. They had terrible fin rot and a lot of their scales were missing. We actually saw them fighting in the tank and it was quite upsetting. I understand that it is a massive collection but it would be better if the staff could do something about it quicker for the welfare of the animals.

All our underwater creatures are a sight to behold and we love that our guests love finding out more about the amazing world out in our oceans.
We have routine vet inspections to ensure we are complying with zoo licencing laws and that the habitats are correct; all the animals are monitored by the displays team. The Animal care team would have been happy to speak to you on the day and answer any questions you had to put your mind at ease.

The experience was pleasant enough, lots of things to look at, we went as we was in blackpool and have merlin passes, but i do feel if you have been to one sealife they are all the same, we live closest to birmingham so are very lucky to have the biggest one we’ve visited alot, and it does have way more to see and do.
One downside i would say is regarding access, first of all we were directed through the left to go in, up huge flights of stairs. My daughter walks unsteady due to cerebral palsy and finds even just 2/3 steps difficult, we had to walk back out to find a lift ourselves. We have a carer pass with our merlin, so obviously there is a disability in our group, so i do think staff maybe should have also let us know the accessible route. Instead of just assuming the stairs were ok.
This was also a negative when trying to leave as the lift was not near the exit stairs, you have to walk back through what feels like most of the attraction just to access the lift back down.
Probably wouldn’t bother on our next trip.

Having visited various Merlin attractions this was by far the best experience! We loved it from start to finish, getting up close to so many sea creatures. The tanks were so clear, well lit and colourful. The tunnel was amazing, as were the rays..the few halloween props around for photo opportunities was a nice fun element to. It was busy but we still saw everything. By far the best Sealife we have visited. Cafe and toilets too. Many thanks to the staff who work tirelessly at this venue. Definately a must visit attraction!

Our 2nd visits and very disappointed this time. Booked a time slot but far too many people in could not see the fish properly or stand and sit in the tunnel to watch the fish and turtle. Very stressful.

My children went overnight with cubs and scouts and slept with the sharks! They loved it and learned so much about the animals. A big thanks to the staff Gracie and Nicole who stayed overnight with them to ensure all went well. They loved the whole experience which was very special.
