We were on a cruise that went to Liverpool for one day. I booked this tour more than a year beforehand and was so excited after reading all of the great reviews. I checked and double checked all of our information before leaving hime, printing out instructions on where to meet etc. knowing I had no internet while on the ship to get information. On the day of our booked tour, we arrived at the designed spot (last contact from company was in July confirming meet up spot) We arrived about 45 minutes early and asked people on the street and other tour operators if in fact we were in the correct spot, all saying yes, this is where he picks people up, we see him all the time. At 10 minutes past the meeting time, and no you’re in sight, I stopped three different people and ask them to phone the phone number provided on the email. The number was not in service. At 20 minutes past the meeting time, I went to a nearby shop to use their wifi and found an email from Robbie, stating we cannot wait for you. Wait!!! What??!!?? We are right where we are supposed to be! He says he sent me an email yesterday to tell me the meeting point changed. I am on a ship, with NO internet!!!!!!! Emailing me 24 hours beforehand is irresponsible in my view, particularly when a meeting point is well established and confirmed. Furthermore, he knew we were most likely at the old spot, so drove past to see!
I find this company irresponsible and not trustworthy. Robbie has denied my claim to a refund based on what I would call misinformation. He offered me another tour, but we are back home and no immediate plans to return to Liverpool. So very disappointing. I will not ever recommend this tour to anyone.

This tour was amazing and the tour guide was really good with information!! Was good to have a laugh with the driver and saw so many places related to the Beatles. Would 100% do this again!! We went to all different places to do with the Beatles and was good to learn new facts

I thoroughly enjoyed The Ultimate Beatles Tour in Liverpool. Our guide had an extensive background on all things Beatles and gave insights on the lives & history of all of the band members. Not to mention, the replica of John Lennon’s Rolls-Royce. This has to be one of the coolest cars in Liverpool and got a lot of attention. I would recommend this tour to any Beatles fan or anyone who doesn’t know too much about the Beatles.

Lovely City been twice this year. Stayed at two different hotels and both were great. Plenty to do in the city and great places to eat.

We really loved this tour. Loved being in the yellow Rolls Royce. The tour guide really knew his Beatles history. Unfortunately as there was another couple with us who had to be dropped off at a cruise ship by 2.00 pm we were slightly rushed and the guide decided not to show us the house of George Harrison. Also did not want us to get out at the Strawberry Fields gate and I had to insist that we do this. We travelled all the way from Australia to do this so was a bit disappointed.

Touring with Robbie in the RR was a great adventure, Robbie told many stories and details about landmarks we visited and made the day one we will not forget. We visited many locations which made the Beatles we know today. Thanks for the great day.

Guide Robbie knows his stuff and took us to all the important stops on this Beatle tour! Fun with the Beatles music playing in the car and experiencing a gorgeous ride. The whole tour was well thought out and entertaining.
Two couples were also at our meeting point and seemed to have a misunderstanding as to if they were on this excursion, or not.

J'ai offert ce tour à mon père pour ses 70 ans (fan des Beatles)
Nous avons passé une demi-journée extraordinaire. La Rolls est splendide, la surprise pour mon pere a été plus que reussie.
Super visite, anecdotes personalisées et avec quelques mots en francais.
(nous n'avons pas demandé la visite en Francais, mais je pense qu'il aurait pu assurer la visite en Francais en grande partie, mais les commentaires en VO sont plus authentique.
Je recommande à 100% cette experience,
En croisant quelques bus de touriste ou d'autres vans, on se rend bien compte de la chance que l'on a de vivre cette experience dans cette belle voiture et avec Robert.
J'ai déjà réservé un tour pour le faire avec ma femme. (très jalouse après avoir vu les photos et nos sourires)

If you’re going to do a Beatles tour you might as well ride in style!! Robbie provides great stories (some factual, some humorous), music, and is an excellent photographer!

The cruise terminal is right beside the Beatles Statue where we got picked up.
Would be about a 2 min walk.
