Mediocre food, subpar service and karaoke entertainment .
Boat left on time and first course rushed and drink orders taken but service was terrible our waiter didn’t bring the right drink and I asked for it to be corrected and gave up and drank it. Again asked for water twice and it never came… jazz cruise and all was a singer reading off an iPhone. Boat was so loud and a complete waste of money and to top it all off no kitchen on the boat we had to dock an hour and a half in to drop off dirty dishes and pick up the entrees

We didn't know what to expect on this tour, but it was a neat couples (or couple friends) event. They met you with champagne and you were seated immediately.
The food was acceptable...more like a large event catering. But not awful. The music was great, the band knew a variety of songs.
3 hours of Thames at night...I would recommend.

The lighting was bad, sitting on a small square table with no table cloth about 2 inches away from the next couple. Very basic food, similar to what you would get at a wedding. House wine was £24 per bottle but was very cheap. The jazz band were very good and the seating upstairs looking at the views of London made the trip bearable. It was very costly, definitely not worth the money spent. I dont normally write reviews, but if I manage to persuade even one couple not to book I will feel like I've done my job. You would be better spending the nearly £200 on a good restaurant in London, it would be cheaper!

Like so many other reviews, this is a great night out, great band and incredible views.
The only reoccurring theme is the poor main course. Everything else was great. So come on city boats, change the main course. From photos submitted by other reviewers I can see you have been serving that same main course for more than four years. You have a great product that is let down by this one dish.

Loved the cruise especially when it fell dark and all the lights on the river where lit up. The food was nice and they catered to my food intolerances. Staff all friendly.
Only slight issue, not the cruises fault, was we arrived back in perfect time to get the uber boat back to where our hotel was but it never turned up. We paid for the tickets and stood waiting for over half hour. So my advise will be dont rely on the uber boats to get back home. We didnt feel the safest trying to walk back as it would of taken an hour so we jumped a train and taxi half way.

The stars are all for the jazz band. The food was poor and service was slow, though the staff was pleasant. (We ordered a bottle of wine and the waiter poured the glasses and walked away. No “have-a-taste-first” pour on this boat!) We spent a fair amount of time upstairs with the smokers (we are not) to get away from the very loud talkers trying to out-volume the band. We did a similar cruise in Paris and was much nicer.

Don’t bother if you’re after after a decent meal. Saw all the reviews and thought the low ones would probably just be the moaning type people. All the low reviews make sense. Food was not good, it was the type of food you get on planes. Felt very cheap and the trip was pretty damn expensive. Didn’t have the romantic meal for two vibes I thought it would. Yeah pretty disappointed and embarrassed I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas.

A lovely evening. Excellent service when I booked this event by phone, easy to get through to a person not a machine, not loads of numbers to push, and someone you could understand. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and pleasant .
The event was well organized on the boat, and the drink prices were average priced.
Would certainly consider booking with them again.

70th Birthday event with 15 family members - it was perfect, despite (or rather improved by) virus restrictions. The whole evening was prefect; the restaurant seating, the social distancing, the drinks and dinner package, very good food, the Jazz Singer, the service, the views of the riverside, the distance travelled - from MI6 to the O2 all under the beautifully lit bridges...... Truly memorable!

There are tables by the windows but you will need to specify this requirement which at the time we went was a five pounds extra charge. All in all as Amekia S has answered the cruise can be enjoyed from any point as ours certainly was full but not overcrowded.
