We signed up for Trusted Housesitters but because of a death in the family and health reasons we never completed or went live with our profile. We were charged for a full year even though we asked for a refund, and to our surprise were charged for another year! Customer service was almost non-existent: no manager to speak to, no telephone number. All requests are sent from chat to a support email address. Be aware when you sign up for this membership organization.

The tour was absolutely amazing!
As a huge Harry Potter fan, every single filming spot that Anna showed me felt like a hidden gem in London. She shared film footage from each location along with captivating stories, which gave me goosebumps.
The tour truly made me feel like I was in the movie, and it was an overwhelming experience! I've been on several tours before, but this one was by far one of the best.

our guide Anna was amazing. Knew her Harry Potter inside and out. Made the tour all that more interesting. She was happy to be flexible and take the time to show and tell those places we had particularly interest in. Went with my family of 4.

Juan was a great tour guide, went a great pace and was clearly passionate about everything Harry Potter. When you’re in London take this tour, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Juan

Our tour guide was great. We ended up having him all to ourselves. He took us to a few places that inspired JK and a few filming locations. He was very chatty with my niece and made her feel very important. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend it.

I would love to say this was a fantastic tour… but unfortunately us and three other families missed the tour. We arrived at our meeting point well before our time and messaged the tour operator when we couldn’t find our guide( we messaged exactly at 12pm start time)- to which the operator didn’t respond until 30 minutes after the tour start time. Extremely dissatisfied by the lack of care or professionalism by tour operator as I was informed “ our guide was there well before twelve and we have pictures to prove it.”

The guide cancelled our tour the day before, offered another tour that was taking place until several days later, but would not work for us as we would already be back home by then. I have not had a response to my request for a refund.

Sorry to hear it, we can't run the tour with the low number of participants and we must move the customers to join the other day. Unfortunately it was't anything next day
We have processed the refund via Viator to you.

Our party of 5 had our tour guide BRIAN to ourselves. He was very knowledgeable about not only Harry Potter but London also. We had extra time so he walked us over to Buckingham Palace before going on to our final destination platform 9 3/4.

Its about 3 hours, and you need to be able to pay for the Tube, but it doesn't have to be an Oyster Card. You can buy a ticket or use Apple Pay.
