Samir arrived as planned and was very polite and kind. Efficiently took us thru London traffic and delivered us to the airport, handled our luggage and pointed us in the right direction, without fault.

Our transfer from a London private residence was very enjoyable.Ahmed was punctual, very professional and helpful. He pointed out places of interest and shared lots of interesting facts along the way.it was a good “pot luck” for our London ride.

We are group of 8 people with hugh luggages. We use the service for both arrival and departure transfer. At first we were quite worry that the van would not accommodate our luggages but the office confirmed that they can provide size of vehicle that meet our requirement. The driver was very punctual and professional. He called to confirm and suggest the time we should arrive the airport, as he know how busy Heathrow departure is. Thank you.

Great except I didnt get notice of a cancelled adventure till two days after the event. It worked out but my frustration factor was pretty high at the time.

Our driver showed up at the time allotted and promptly delivered us to the Airport. He took the route that was interesting and fast. It was like a review of monuments; Buckingham Palace, Elizabeth’s Tower, Parliament, Westminster,... you get the picture. Direct and to the point. Efficient and kind. Excellent.

Fine driver and ride to Isis Heathrow. Driver very concentrated on task. Would have liked more conversation with him. Helen’s Cars in Bognor have been used by my family for years. Reservation easy and reasonable. Would recommend.
