Our flight arrived on time, but when we came to the arrival area there was nobody waiting for us. We called the company altogether three times and the first time they said the driver would be at the airport within half an hour and that he was late due to the traffic. However, you'd expect a professional company to be prepared for traffic jams in a city like London when planning their transfers.
During the next call the company representant told us the driver would arrive within an hour and, as we obviously were upset about this delay, a private car was promised us. We waited a total of three hours without being picked up by anyone. By that time our family was both tired and fed up with the horrendously long waiting and therefore we gave up and took the Heathrow Express instead, which- by the way- is highly recommended.
No offer of refund has been suggested by this lousy company. Do not make the mistake of booking transfers from City Transfers UK.
