This tour is terrible! Unfortuately, I don't think this is an anomaly.
This was a night tour which should have been fantastic but it was anything but fantastic. The tour was conducted in a car with darkly tinted windows. As a result, it would have been difficult to see anything outside the car. In fact, the only time we had a good view of anything was when the car stopped and we opened the door.
Making things worse, it was raining outside. As a result, not only could we not see outside the car, we could not stop and look around throughout the tour which is, I believe, intended. The problem is that it rains in London fairly often.
I believe this tour would be good if you happen to have good weather and can stop at different places to look around. Unfortunately, there is no way to predict the order so if you take this tour, you are "rolling the dice". If the weather is in any way bad, precluding getting out of the car, the tour will be absolutely terrible.

Dear passenger,
We are sorry to hear about your negative experience on this tour.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and the visibility (or lack thereof) that passengers have on panoramic tours due to this. Unpredictable weather is very much part of the London experience and we know all too well how inconvenient it can be.
In regard to the vehicle provided for this tour, we would be happy to have a look into this if you could advise your booking reference?

Very interested in this tour, but concerned with some if the reviews. Can we pick our guide and could the tour start at 7pm not 8?
