Amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a booked timeslot and arrived a lot earlier which didn't matter we didn't have to wait until our booked time which was a relief. The qué moved quickly and when it was our turn to step into the capsule the staff helped my mum who struggles to walk without having to ask them. The views from the eye are amazing and are a must stop if you are visiting London.

Ja ganz OK, macht man halt einmal, wenn man in London ist. Aber fast 40€ ist auch echt n stolzer Preis. Aber für alle die es nicht machen, ihr habt jetzt auch nicht Mega viel verpasst.

The staff were extremely helpful. I went with Ursula so London’s most beautiful sight was in fact next to me in the pod and therefore I took no interest in the views outside. Top day though. Would go again.

The views from the London Eye are wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price for the standard ticket is worth the $$ but don't bother to pay the upgraded "no-wait" fee beause it's not worth it. Also, in my opinion, this is a one-time only sight-seeing item.

This was a fun experience and I enjoyed it. It's a bit chaotic when you get there because they 'accept' you to queue up when your appointment time is scheduled. For example, I had 5pm tickets and we got there with 5 minutes to spare. But it was only at that time that I was allowed to stand in line to actually get on the ride. It's also a bit crowded and you have to rotate to the front of the pod to get a good picture, however, there is plenty of time if everyone takes their turn.

I loved the view of the whole of London and there was no queue time. Staff were all very polite and the ticket price was very reasonable

Hello. Im arriving in London at st Pancras on Saturday 14th may ,at 11.45am, what time would you suggest booking a slot for? Also we need to be at the Adelphi theatre for a 2.30 show..
main worry is would this be doable in realistically 2 hrs from arriving in London to being at the theatre for 2.30pm

Quite tight for time! I’m guessing you will use the tube to travel through london? If so 12:30 should give you enough time as the eye itself takes about 30/40 mins ride time and a further 20/30 mins queue.

Try this link for the Sky Gardens, type it in your browser and it should take you to the web-site

Although it's free, you have to visit on a time allotted slot, you can stay as long as you like once you're there. They also hold back some free tickets in the evening for walk in's. Hope this helps?
