I chose not to fumble with my bags on the tube or the bus during rush hour & they definitely made my transition to the hotel easier. It was nice to have an easy to find driver with a sign rather than hunting for the right uber although the appearance of the 1st car & driver might as well have been an uber, but the car was clean & he was very polite, most importantly got me to the hotel & the driving itself was safe. He did drop me off on the street behind rather than go around to drop me at the door. Maybe I took to long to come out & he had another pick up? The return driver was the total opposite - He Picked me up at the front door, nice car, nice suit, a safe driver and also polite. There confirmation emails were a little confusing but easy to dbl check on. So ultimately a good choice.

The driver was where we were told he would be and when he was supposed to be. He gave interesting commentary on the way to the hotel.

We utilized 'London Travel In' for our airport transfers between LHR and our Hyde Park Hotel. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival, asked us if we needed any assistance or we had any questions since we were 'first timers' in London. He was very helpful. On the date of departure, we called their customer service line and requested if the driver could come earlier than requested. They were very accommodating and again we had a pleasant drive back to LHR. Definitely recommend and would use them again if travelling back to London.

Our driver wasxwaiting at Heathrow when we arrived from Australia which was great as and made the journey to our hotel in Kensington much more comfortable. My only problem was contacting them to confirm our return journey some five weeks later, however after search the internet I found a phone number and confirmation was made. For some reason the number I had in my paperwork did not work. Driver arrived early at our hotel in Kensington and we had a quick trip to the airpot. Arrived in August and return 5 weeks later in September.

We were not so sutisfied. Arriving to the airport we could not find the driver. At the information desk were very helpful people, they were calling several times different telephone numbers. At the and - after minimum one hour delay - the driver appeared and delivered us to the hotel. T he return way - (from Queens Park Hotel to the airport was rather good, although tte driver was not too polite. He came in time.

First time booking through TripAdvisor and it was easy, prepaid, the company that provided the car was GREAT, both from the airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Car was clean, Drivers were professional. Great Job TripAdvisor
