Excellent driver. Caring and punctual. Cab was very clean. Provided water and snacks. Enjoyed our tour very much! Definitely recommend.

We had a four hour tour with Mark and it was a highlight of our stay. He took us to sights we wanted to see and also places we didn’t know about! He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated learning about the sights. We would definitely book with him again.

We had a day and a half visit to London, on our way to Paris and opted for the Black cab tour to get as much sightseeing in as we could and this tour and Steve Deniro did not disappoint! My family was sooo impressed with Steve, from his personality, wit and humor as well as his overall knowledge of London. The tour was interactive, making sure that we saw things that we were most interested in as well as taking us to places that weren't on the list but were spectacular for views of the city. We literally could not have been more impressed with our time with Steve. We would recommend him and this tour service to anyone. Happy New Year!

Tracey is an excellent host/guide. She is extremely knowledgeable about the history of London and explained it in a captivating manner. She showed us a lot of major sites. During this private tour we had great conversations with Tracey. She is kind, considerate and helpful. I felt like I was being driven around by a friend!

This tour was absolutely excellent in every way. Our tour guide Steve was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny. It felt like an old friend proudly sharing his city’s history and sites with us.

All I can say is WOW!!!
Tony was amazing from start to finish. His wealth of London knowledge and history is very impressive. Our family throughly enjoyed every minute. He went over and above to make sure we had a great time. He even switched some things around a bit so we could see the changing of the guards (a unique experience)
My son(24) and daughter (11) love Harry Potter so we took us to some past filming sites.
He even brought his camera along and took some family pictures of us at some really cool spots.
Tony was so down to earth & witty.
I couldn’t recommend him more.
If we were here for longer I would book another tour with him.

Tracey our driver was brilliant
Old enough to understand my mums mobility needs and young enough to make sure everyone had a laugh and fun and saw what we all wanted even my teenage kids
We saw soo much in 4 hrs that it would have taken us days to do without this tour
Well worth the money
This was one of the best tours I have done in my life and would highly recommend

We cannot say enough about Mark! He was amazing! Aside from sharing all of his incredible knowledge about London- past and present- he made sure to hit as many sights as possible, even getting in and out of the car to make sure we took the perfect pictures. We have memories now that will last forever and we will definitely call him the next time we’re lucky enough to travel back to London!

Enjoyed our return visit to NUC. Stayed at Manhattan Club. Visited Museum of Natural History. Saw fantastic show production of Moulin Rouge. Visited restaurants in theatre area & South Manhattan. Increased price of taxi & UBER was a shock. We’re not subway or bus takers, But, next visit for sure.

In a word - fantastic! The Tour allows you to experience the sights and sounds of London without waiting in throngs of lines.
Our guide, Dave, was most knowledgeable and brilliantly catered the experience based upon our likes and interests. He knew the best spots to effectively enjoy the activities, like the Changing of the Guard, and the various landmarks. Dave had incredible insight managing how long to spend at a spot to maximize the experience and well balanced the information he provided for the different places of interest.
I typically don’t write reviews, but I’m more than happy to highly recommend this Tour and Dave in particular.

I asked to be dropped off at the National Gallery after my black cab taxi tour as I had another tour booked there in the afternoon & my tour guide was able to accommodate this no problem. I’d make sure to mention it at the very start so they can plan their route with that end point in mind. Hope this helps!

Hello, our flight arrives to Heathrow airport December 3 at 6:15am. Would it be passible to get picked up from the airport for 8am tour and then drop off after at the airport? We have 12h layover in London.

I would say no. Even with a layover and not having to get your luggage, you have to go through customs. That will take awhile. If you are doing the tour by yourself, you can ask if you can do it at 9:30 or ten. They might be able to accommodate you. Also, our flight was delayed three hours getting into London, so the plans all fell apart. So maybe have a Plan B.

We booked a tour on the afternoon of our arrival. It worked well - we had enough time to get to our AirBNB, drop off our luggage and splash water on our faces, and the car picked us up at the house.
Look at Google Maps for transit info to get from London to Southampton. I've not traveled that way, but it looks very do-able. You can also rent a car (which is what I've done). We enjoyed the freedom!

The change of guard is not everyday and not at the same time, you should check the schedule on line. If you are planning to take the private 1/2 day tour, I would take it in the morning, 9 am should be a good time.

I just got a tour from them within the past two weeks. Don't know about the toddler. We paid for our 10 year old, but that is obviously different. They are quite accommodating. Remember that the tour is only about a half day, including driving. So in depth going over individual attractions is unlikely. I would ask the driver to include the particular attractions, and as long as they are not far from central London, they will do it. At least that was our experience. They will also try to cater to your interest.
