We took the official aurport taxi from Heathrow to Gatwick, I didn’t ask him about the price thinking that they are the official taxis. He charged over double the expected fare.

First time using this service and won’t be my last. Very good from start to finish. On time and professional. Driver very safe. Very good service.

Now here's the thing. I have been travelling between HK and the UK for 25 years. This was the final trip. Relocating to the UK. I have been so organized booking the shippers, closing the house, arranging flights and, knowing I would be exhausted on arrival booking a taxi from the airport.
But for the first time in 25 years I got my dates wrong! I booked the taxi for the day AFTER we arrived. I only realized this when changing the date and time on my smart phone when arriving.
Oh dear.
I had the booking reference and called the company. What a joy it was to hear that it was no problem. A new taxi was arranged and the booking transfered. No extra costs.
The driver arrived and took over. I very painless ride to Birmingham.
Excellent service.
Definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service and non sense charge of wait time. We requested the driver to come 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time, but because the flight arrived earlier, they start the clock based on the ACTUAL landing. It is very confusing, and we need to pay the price for them to confuse the customers.

My family and I arrived in London after a long overnight flight with plans to go directly to Birmingham with as little hassle as possible. Using this car service was definitely a good choice. Booking was easy with great follow up till the end . The driver Taimoor was very helpful. He was waiting at the arrivals area with clear sign. He took care of the luggage and understood our needs well. The vehicle was very comfortable and well equipped with useful features. I will for sure use them again in the future.

Excellent service. From landing the airport till reaching the destination I was treated with maximum comfort and friendly nature. Santos was the person who accompanied and he is a star.

booked the "executive service" - absolutely terrible . Driver turned up 1.5 hours after the agreed pick up time. only had one car seat when we explicitly agreed they would provide two. Driver lied and said he was at the pick up point when he wasnt even at the terminal car park! Terrible attitude - from both driver and call centre. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE

The driver texted me as soon as the terminal boards indicated my flight had landed, confirmed where he was standing whilst I was collecting my luggage, and was there waiting for me with my name on a board when I came through into the arrival hall.
He helped me with my luggage, and we went straight to the car. The journey was comfortable and door to door in just 2 hours. Would recommend highly. Cheaper than competitors by a considerable amount too!
