Did the tour on a Sunday, I felt 95 euro for 2 people for a day pass is far too expensive to listen to a pre recorded tour while stuck in traffic

Excellent Service!!!!! Cesar A. Made our experience in London really nice. Very processional and helpful. The Driver was very kind and friendly. The tour was perfect and I am glad we chose this company. Value for money and worth every £. Thank you Cesar for your effort in guiding us, you are 5 star.

Breathtaking trip around London, took Julia travel tickets. Caesar helped us very much, showed full route, explained all conditions, advised us magnificent places to visit. 🤗
Has problem with another guy from topview company. Tried to sell us more than needed overpriced tickets😡
Great bus ride around London, convenient and interesting route. Took tickets from Caesar from Julia Travel. He told us everything, showed us the route, we can get out and see what to see. Very heartfelt and kind told everything, helped us with one question (another ticket seller from topview company wanted to deceive us, the type sold extra tickets and at an inflated price 😡)

Hello! My name is Daniyar! Today we had an unpleasant occurrence, and your employee Cesar really helped us. Without him I don't know what would happened. Cesar is coolest guy I ever met, defended justice and supported the simple four guys. Kind, sympathetic, friendly guy from Ecuador just made our day!!! Gracias por todo mi amigo!!!!!

We took a trip on the red line and green line took in sights from London eye and big Ben to Buckingham palace and st Paul's ,the customer service. Is excellent ,staff very helpful at stops and on bus ,the commentary through headphones very interesting and witty hugely recommend the 24 he too on/off and cruise

They started out great, with easy access on the Red Line and frequent buses. However, when we switched to the Blue line, we waited an hour for a bus (at Stop 26), and no bus arrived. The posting on the bus stop says a bus will arrive every 10 to 20 minutes. Disappointing. For the money paid, I would suggest any other company as several (3-4 each) of their buses stopped at this same stop, while we waited and waited.

We took city sightseeing tour in Porto and Lisbon and the experience was not there.
The company staff gave us wrong information.
Often we have to wait hour at stop. They also have no app for bus tracking which could be annoying. Others company has better frequent service and good app.
I would recommend Gray line. They have better service and frequencies.

There are various stops around the routes I think at least 10-15 so plenty of opportunity to get on and off

Basically it has 2 big loops one concentrating on the west end whilst the other covers from tower bridge across to the city snd over the Thames a few times incorporating St. Paul’s.
