We scheduled a tour with this group a few days in advance. On the day of our tour we recieved a message that we should reschedule to later the same day. It was too late to do so. We tried to plan for sometime in the nest 2-3 days. After being unable to communicate with this company via email, text and phone, we just gave up and ate the expense.

Dear Beata ,
We hope that you are doing quite well , we advise you to open your spam emails to see our response regarding the tour , the tour did take place at 14:10 you have been given grace time to contact us before and during the 10 min grace but unfortunately you have reached to us 14:28 as we have attached your conversation screenshot with our guide and with us in the email we have sent you and also to Viator support team .
Other participants were able to join before and kept us informed therefore we started the tour on time as it’s not fair for participants who arrived promptly to wait for late arrivals and our guide cannot answer calls or messages during the tour as we excel to give the best experience and to focus on costumers during the tour .
We regret that you weren’t a part of our tour and we wish you the best stay in our beloved city London .
