Feel compelled to leave a review about Norwich airport.
Arrived about midnight on 17th May after my flight was delayed a couple of hours. After collecting my luggage from baggage reclaim went to the car park only to find I had a flat battery. Returned to the terminal to the airport parking desk. Richard was on duty and came out to try and gain entry to my car. Green Flag had given me an arrival time of two hours to come and get me going. Richard got me into my car but all I was wearing was shorts and a tee shirt as I had expected to get strait into my car. By now the airport was closed and locked up and I was freezing. Richard stayed an hour over his working time. He went back to his office and made me a hot cup of tea for me to drink in my car. He then had to go home. Just want to say to Norwich Airport what an exceptional employee and a true gent. Someone I won't forget.
