We appreciate that in the current climate, purchasing any leisure activity is a considered purchase, but we hope that you felt although pricey, the 2 routes plus unlimited hop on hop off over 2 consecutive days was worth it.

Bath traffic can be incredibly heavy especially around Christmas time and weekends. We do cover all the main sights but some areas are pedestrianised to vehicles. We note your feedback on pricing and will consider this in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some valuable feedback which we always welcome to help improve our services. Unfortunately, our pavement staff are not qualified bus drivers and are unable to drive buses else we would have utilised these staff members to provide the advertised 30-minute service frequency. There is currently a nationwide shortage of bus drivers which is particularly severe in the west of England area. Dedicated task force groups/ workshops are underway within the area to try and attract staff. We endeavour to find replacement staff when someone calls in sick but, on this occasion, we were unable to. We did put notices on all effected bus stops but appreciate that this is still disappointing. We are aware that some of the viewpoints are blocked by trees and are working in conjunction with local councils to ensure that these are cut back. We hope that despite the Skyline Tour being disappointing you were able to enjoy the City Tour.

Our tour tickets are valid for 24 hours, but this does not mean that tours operate 24 hours. Operating times are displayed on our website with the last tour of the day being 17:30. We would appreciate it if you could email us at hq@bathbuscompany.com with further details including the hotel that gave you this incorrect information so that we can ensure they give their customers the correct information moving forward, and that people do not experience the same disappointment.

If you are able to utilise the HOHO element over this period then some find this excellent value for money. We are also disappointed to hear that you didn't feel that the commentary had substance. Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the experience. The traffic in Bath has been particularly heavy over the last 7 -10 days due to the closure of Upper Bristol Road, and temporary traffic lights in Queen Square as the road layout is being improved. This has caused delays to our City Tour of 15-20 minutes which we wouldn't ordinarily have. We understand that this is as frustrating for customers as it is for ourselves navigating our way around the city.
