A nice little tour, and detailed enough to be interesting and engaging. Presumably because of the extra cost to purchase through VoiceMap it’s a little bit pricey for what it is, but enjoyable all the same.

The app was really easy to use and audio tour was really interesting. I liked the fact that gps tracked your phone and only started to talk when you reached the next destination. It was great for my friend who has a lung condition so fast walking was out. Would highly recommend and we are looking forward to our next tour !

Well worth downloading this tour. The route led you round all the main things to see in Lavenham and gave lots of interesting information. We just bought one tour and listened to it together. This is the second Voicemap tour I have purchased and I'll definitely look out for them in the future.

The guide was easy to download from the App Store applicable to the mobile phone .
Instruction indicated how to input the tour code.
The audio tour commenced on the high street and guided you around Lavenham in a logical sequence , both verbally and via the map on your phone.
Guide could be stopped, restarted or replayed as necessary.
Information was interesting / concise at each location.
Would recommend this tour and would use other tours from this provider in the future.

Fascinating and friendly visit. Well worth going to see it. The medieval buildings are fascinating lots of places to eat and take time to see all of it

We found the walking tour to be great. We walked around parts of Lavenham which we wouldn't have visited otherwise and learned a brief history of a range of buildings including a number of the houses so we understood what we were looking at.
The style of the narration was really good, almost as if the guide was with us at times. The GPS function worked perfectly with the audio resuming as we reached each point of interest, which were also shown on the map as part of the app.
The app even guided us to the start point of the tour as a Satnav.

Like having your own personal guide. Not too detailed, just enough to make it informative and interesting. Will be using this service again. Remember to visit the Guildhall too, terrific museum. Best Cream Tea ever!

An excellent easy to follow walking tour. The person telling the history was easy to
understand and made it very interesting , I would highly recommend this tour which took about an hour at average pace, there were plenty of opportunities to take lovely photos of the ancient buildings.
