A most marvelous tour. This tour was mainly around Newcastle and Whitby. We learned so much regarding the history and industry of the area as well as seeing 'Vera' sites. Mark, the driver, did well, and Gran was an excellent guide.

We had a brilliant time. Fran and Mark we very knowledgeable and the video clips helped us remember the episodes. Thank you for a great trip. Will do the full day at later time for sure.

This trip was a great half day tour. While we both watch Vera, my wife has read all Ann Cleeves books. Ann, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had many anecdotes to tell along the way. Great scenery especially the beach towns, such as North Shields. Recommend for any Vera fan.

This was a Christmas present for my Mum (2019) so we were pleased to at last get on the tour. Great tour for Vera fans, Mum is a great Ann Cleeves fan and has read all her books. The tour guide Anne was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, we are reasonably local (Co. Durham) but still learnt a lot about Newcastle that we didn't know before. Unfortunately the dvd player wasn't working but Anne did a great job describing the scenes for each location, I don't think we missed out by not having it. Weather was a bit drizzly at times but didn't spoil the day. Photo is of Newcastle Wall art behind the Sage.

This tour is full value for followers of Vera
You visit several locations where Vera meets people and shares time with sidekick.
Our guide Anna, was very knowledgeable and helpful about Vera, and also shared local knowledge which added to the experience.
Overall I would certainly recommend this tour for fans of Vera 👍

Anne was good on tour explain everything about tour where all the location was told use everything about Vera what happened seen everything swan hunters which was police station would recommend this tour me mam went 21/08/2021

Anne was a great guide! Had loads of information about Vera and also Newcastle! Even gave us advice on places to go as we’re not locals so that was a great extra!
