The tour guide was really friendly. She gave us a great history of Leeds and conveyed how Leeds developed. We saw the key locations that were significant historically as well as showing us the great shops and eateries. We really enjoyed it.

An interesting and fun way to get to know the history of Leeds, taking in some wonderful architecture and getting to know its vibrant shopping areas. Our guide was Sarah who was friendly, fun and very knowledgeable. Would thoroughly recommend. The history of Leeds was fascinating. What a fab city.

I was glad I booked this tour. It was packed with information and had something to interest everybody. I didn’t know much about Leeds and now I feel like I have an affinity with the place. Sarah was a great guide.; friendly, knowledgeable and funny. I can’t think of a better way to be orientate md around an unfamiliar city.

Michele is a fountain of knowledge and a delightful and engaging host. The tour is very interesting and absolutely worth attending. Great value for money even when we left a big tip.

The tour was excellent. Sarah knew plenty about the city and had a real passion when explaining its history. Would highly recommend for the price.

Sarah is a great guide - very knowledgeable and engaging! It was interesting to find out more about Leeds after moving here in the 90s. Great to see Kirkgate and Corn Exchange thriving. Highly recommend

Did the tour with Sarah on 8th October. Despite just getting over a cold she was very enthusiastic and knowledgable. She kept the tour lively and interesting mixing the history of the city with tips on shopping, eating and places to see. She clwarly went the extra mile using a tablet to show us all pictures of the city in the past to compare it to what we could see today. We also took her recommendation to take the short water taxi to Leeds Armoury which, as she said, was only £1. Great way to be introduced to the city and very good value. Thank you Sarah and hope you do get to Dublin one day!

A really interesting walking tour. A good thing to do with a morning in Leeds. Sarah, our tour guide was well informed about the history of Leeds and able to explain it in a informative manner

Hi, is it possible to purchase only one ticket? I am a solo traveller and I am trying to purchase the ticket for the 23rd of August, it shows me the availability only if I purchase 2 tickets. Is there a way I can resolve this issue? Or should I purchase two tickets and then cancelling one?

On the day we attended the Walking Tour there were several people who paid on the day to the Tour Guide. So you shouldn't have a problem. I suggest arriving a little earlier and seeking out the Tour Guide so you're sorted before it all gets going. It's not a big deal, I think she is used to people paying on the day.

Hi, I live in London and next month I will visit Manchester and surroundings areas for a visit.
I have already purchased a ticket that will let me arrive at Leeds station at 10.31, can I make it on time to the meeting point at 11? I have never been in Leeds so I might get lost.
If there is a possibility to pick up at Leeds station it would be great.

We were staying at the Park Plaza Hotel just across from where the tour started at City Square. However, our car was parked at Q-Park Sovereign Square, about a five minute walk away. So, very centrally located.
