***Do not take this excursion unless you want to miss your ship***. Peter assured the group of 30+ guests aboard the motor coach that we would return an hour before our ship departed at 5:00 pm. My partner and I were stressed beyond belief as we pulled up the GPS after our last planned stop. We were praying that no accidents impeded our rush hour traffic and luckily we pulled into port at 4:58 pm. Yes, weather was cold and rainy, however, it did not play a factor in our delay back. It was due to poor planning and total disregard to the passengers that included babies and elderly. Props to our driver James for great driving.

BusyBus is carefully synchronised and in contact with the Port Authority at all times.
We have never been late back and weren't on this occasion either.
It was a 5pm All-Aboard and we were back at 4:50pm without any trouble at all.
It would appear you have some sort of personal issue with timings but to leave a 1* Review for getting you back on time seems a bit extreme?
You haven't even bothered to comment on the wonderful tour everyone else enjoyed.

BUSY BUS CANCELLED OUR TOUR 4 DAYS PRIOR! Received an email from them stating cancelled (our tour) due to unforeseen & unavoidable operational circumstances! We booked this in November 2023 through Viator and 4 days prior to our tour we got the cancellation email...I called Viator and they couldn't even get through to Busy Bus to find out a better explanation! It was my first time reserving with them and the LAST!!!!

Unfortunately, like any business that involves the safety, comfort and wellbeing of our clients and staff, occasionally circumstances dictate difficult decisions.
This was clearly explained to you and alternatives offered.
We're surprised to be penalised with a 1* Review but such is life.

This tour was excellent. We had plenty of time at each stop, and the guide, Lee, was incredible. Not only was he informative, his voice was so soothing.

Today we took the day trip to North Wales under excellent guidance of Lee. He is a true master in combining historical informatie and all that's relevant to the tour with a high dose of humour. I have been on a couple of tours in the UK now and today was my best experience. Really a must see/ must do if tou are in Liverpool and want to get a great impression of North Wales. We really saw some of the best highlights: amazing nature scenes, Conwy Castle and much more. Lee also provides you with a great soundtrack for your tour.

busy bus is the best dont book with your cruise line as their tours do NOT compare to what you will get with busy bus..

Hubby and I had a wonderful trip to North Wales with Shelly. The bus was comfortable, the stops were planned well to give us a varied glimpse and overview of beautiful North Wales. Shelly was a great driver as well as being very informative, knowledgeable, engaging, funny, entertaining, and an all-around nice gal. We would definitely go with BusyBus again. Highly recommended!

Hicimos ayer este tour con nuestro guía Jerry con mi papá y su señora, el paseo fue espectacular. El guía muy entretenido, nos llevó a conocer lugares increíbles del norte de galés. No es un tour privado pero creo que éramos 10 o 12 personas. El transporte era en una mini van súper cómoda y con grandes ventanas para apreciar el paisaje. Y los tiempos de cada parada estaban perfectos. Lo recomiendo 100%, vale muchísimo la pena hacerlo con ellos.

This was an excellent alternative to the more than double excursion provided by our cruise. We ended up being a small group so we fit in a large van with a guide that was also the driver. Adrian was very informative and entertaining, made sure we see as much as possible and, despite periods of rain we still saw all the attractions. All in all, a great day!

Ottimo tour,
aspetto covid :pulmino pulito, accolti in totale sicurezza, e mantenuta per tutta la giornata
Aspetto tour:con il sottofondo dei beatols siamo partiti per bellissime località con spiegazione della guida, sono attenti e premurosi sul segnalare posti per mangiare e i bagni pubblici.
Ovviamente il ritmo è serrato ma per chi non vuol guidare o poco tempo è perfetto

BusyBus did a wonderful job with this tour! The coaches were on time, clean, well-maintained, and our driver and guide were fantastic. From Liverpool into Wales, to the Aqueduct, Snowdonia National Park and Betws-y-Coed and the walled city of Conwy, this was a spectacular tour. I would completely recommend this for anyone looking for a cruise excursion from Liverpool.
