So easy to find Busy Bus tours coming off the water shuttle from our cruise ship. Large, clean bus. Jerry was a jolly fellow who gave us enough time at each stop and was close by to answer questions and take photos. Our tour was changed to plan B as the weather wasn’t the best for plan A. We enjoyed our stops and highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience. Not too much time on the bus. The stops offered beautiful vistas and we were able to experience the charm of some of the towns. Thomas our guide was excellent. Only negative thing was last stop at a large department store was too long.

This tour was an exceptional experience around Whales in a day with our tour guide Frank. We saw Conwy Castle, breathtaking scenery in Snowdonia National park and Caernarfon Castle. The tour is very well priced compared to the cruise line. The tour guide Frank was knowledgeable, funny and a great guy overall.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Busybus. Our guide Lee and driver Phil were the best we've had. Kept us on time and very educated. Very conscious of time and making sure we saw everything promised.

We took the Busy Bus Shore Excursion: North Wales Adventure with Peter and Malcolm. We couldn't be happier with our experience. The stops were beautiful and well-timed, and the tour guides were easy to locate when we got off the ship. The stops included plenty of free time. Peter kept us entertained between stops. We got back to the ship in plenty of time.

Gerry and Kyle were awesome! Had a fun filled day with them. Wish there was more time at some of the stops but know there is a time constraint to be back on the cruise ship. But all in all beautiful and a great way to see all the highlights in a day!

Cruise excursion I booked on our own and so glad we did. Shelley our guide and Phil our driver were the best. We covered so much from quaint town that has the longest name to beautiful park and the castles were spectacular. The narration on history and culture by Shelly were not only educational but very entertaining. We got to listen to a few songs that also added to the experience.

We booked this shore excursion and did not regret it. We got to see so much, had a fantastic guide and driver. Our guide, Marc was very knowledgeable and entertaining. They made sure we were back on the ship with plenty of time and made every stop. They were easy to locate at the port and we had no issues at all.

This was the perfect way for us to explore North Wales. We arrived to Holyhead on a cruise ship, and we knew that hiking around Holyhead would have been enjoyable and scenic, but we wanted to see more of North Wales. The cruise ship excursions are always overpriced, so I searched for independent tours. Busy Bus fills up fast, and I recommend that you book as soon as possible.
At the start of our journey, our guide and driver were in a bind. They had to leave people behind, and Busy Bus should not be faulted for it. If an independent tour says that they depart 30 minutes after the first person departs the ship (or tender boat), then it is up to the passenger to get up extra early for a tender ticket or at the front of the line. The tour company shouldn't get negative reviews for leaving behind those who don't plan their time.
Shelly (our guide/narrator) was amazing, funny, and incredibly welcoming. She taught us so much and gave us great insight into Welsh culture. We love that she included various recorded songs to illustrate what she was talking about. Our driver Keron/Cieron was also very kind and helpful - and showed us where he lived (as the bus passed his home). His childhood included fishing and hiking beautiful North Wales.
This was one of the best stops of our cruise, and we credit that to our Busy Bus tour. It was priced much less than those sponsored by the cruise line, and as promised, Busy Bus returned us to the shore with plenty of time before sailing.
