Dan’s tour of the Peace Walls of Belfast was so informative and quite emotional. It is something that will stay with you. It was a real education from someone who grew up during the period. Highly recommended!

Awesome. Very interestimg Tour with a very charismatic man. He knows what He ist Talking about very well and you can ask any question. We absolutely recommend the Tour with Dan.

We had a great afternoon with Dan visiting the "British" and "Irish" areas of Belfast, the murals and the peacewall and the estates. Dan did a fantastic job of telling the story of the Troubles, including his own experience. Lots of personal stories - some light hearted, (kicking a football at one end of the street while gunfire was being exchanged between soldiers and IRA at the other), others tragic. Dan brought the history of the area to life while working hard to remain balanced (not an easy job). It was fantastic value and a highlight of our visit to the city. He also gave us his number and picked us up much later in the evening after we had enjoyed some of the Belfast music scene!

Fantastic tour with Dan. Insightful, powerful and learnt a lot about The Troubles. Dan was a warm and friendly tour guide and I’d recommend this to anybody!

Dan picked us up from our hotel in Belfast and we had an amazing tour with him.
We booked the extended tour and we were taken to many places we would never have found alone.
Danny was a great host/guide. With first hand experience of the troubles of the past, he gave us an in depth and unbiased view what had happened in this area.
He tailed the tour to meet our interests and it really was the highlight of our stay.
If you’re in Belfast and you are thinking about this sort of tour, I cannot recommend Danny highly enough.
He even dropped us off at the titanic exhibition after the tour.

Dan provided us with a great tour, filled with stories and insights. We saw both Catholic and Protestant neighbourhoods and came out with a better, well rounded understanding of the Troubles. Dan met us at our apartment and, with a dinner recommendation, dropped us off at a place for supper. Highly recommend.

We had a great tour with Dan. He’s extremely knowledgeable and objective but it was also fascinating to hear about his personal experiences. I would definitely recommend this tour.
