we took a tour with causewaytours to the giants causeway
we travelled in november and although the weather was not great our driver guide james gave us an amazing day out.
we were picked up at our belfast hotel in a spotless audi and from the moment we met james we felt safe and secure
james was pleasent well turned out and after a few questions was able to taliour the day to our spaciffic needs.
the day in a word was perfect a non rushed service with the best recomondations.

It was a great day of touring Belfast out to the Giant Causeway. Fascinating rock formations along the beach. Saw the countryside and lots of sheep. Picked us up at the ship, our names were on a sign. Great driver, beautiful new van. Very informative and got back in time to relax before the ship departed.

Jim, our driver, asked our preferences and then planned the perfect day. We saw everything we wanted to see and more! Jim walked with us to the various sights and shared his vast knowledge along the way. He was happy to spend the whole day with us to make sure we saw everything and was never in a rush. He encouraged us to spend time taking it all in. I would highly recommend Jim and this tour to anyone! Thanks for the wonderful day, Jim!

Jim was our driver and was fabulous! He knew so much about the area and the sites. He was also able to take us to spots the big tour bus wouldn’t be able to get to which we appreciated. He also went above and beyond and walked the carrick a rede rope bridge and took pictures of us!! Highly recommend booking this to have a fun day full of Northern Ireland!!

Jim was absolutely amazing! He tailored the day to whatever we wanted. He has a wonderful knowledge of the area and was able to answer all of our questions! He was flexible, kind, and has a great sense of humor. Book with Jim you won’t regret it!

Raymond is an amazing host. He was promptly waiting for us at 7am when we could get off the ship. Our Mercedes sedan was very comfortable. Raymond was respectful of our ships time requirements and had us back with a comfortable buffer. We went to giants causeway first and beat the crowds from the cruise ship. It felt like our own private park. It was stunning. The rock formations are so unique. After that, we went to carrack-a-rede to do the rope bridge. I am afraid of heights, so I was skeptical if I would cross, but I did and really enjoyed the hike and the views. We snacked on sausage rolls and a toasted cheese when we got back. Afterwards, we took a scenic drive back along the coast. We stopped and sampled dulse seaweed. Raymond pointed out the titanic historical sites on the way back to our cruise ship as well. Communication before the tour was excellent. Highly recommend!

Raymond was great! Very knowledgeable and personal.

Our action packed itinerary from Derry included
1.carrick a rede rope bridge (including viewing platform)
2.Ballintoy harbour
3.the giants causeway (tickets for this site are optional)
4.dunluce castle (bushmills whiskey distillery gift shop op)
5.the dark hedges
Raymond was our driver/tour guide. He was fabulous. He was engaging, passionate, and personable. Raymond was prompt for pick up and never rushed us. Hands down, Raymond was one of the best guides we have had.

We had a wonderful day with Jim. The drive along the coast from Belfast to Giants Causeway was spectacular and the causeway itself was everything we hoped it would be. Jim tailored the trip to our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed the other stops. Jim was knowledgeable, personable, and it was a pleasure spending the day with him.
