860murraym As a busy heritage city, Edinburgh does sometimes have road closures and delays. Johnston Terrace was closed due to work needed on Castle rock and I believe there was an accident later on in the day affecting the bottom half of the tour. We keep our website and app up-to-date and are always at the end of the phone to advise when required. I am sorry you were inconvenienced but as both issues were road related and outwith our control, a different company would have had similar delays. I hope you enjoyed the time you spent on the tour.
