Hi Natalie, I'm sorry to hear that your tour was unfortunately cancelled due to low passenger numbers. This is a policy we have in place in order to lessen the impact on the environment. We do have it clearly listed in our "Additional Information" section on Viator as well as our terms and conditions and can only apologise that you hadn't seen this at the time of booking. We always try to minimise the impact on passengers travels by letting them know days in advance, whilst also giving the tour an opportunity to fill up. Dear Schnabeltasse94, I was very sorry that your experience with us was not up to your expectation! These stops that you are mentioning are necessary as the tour covers over 350 miles and our passengers require these opportunities as we do not have toilets on our busses.Also, Your driver was driving one of our biggest coaches and must stop at the most appropriate and secure place for his passengers which are the places that you mention. Again, our Loch Ness tour covers a lot of miles and I'm sure you'll recall that you also stopped by Glencoe and Loch Ness itself of course! I have taken note of your feedback regarding the quality of the stops and foods and I have forwarded it to our Operation Manager and Transport Team for review and improvement. Regarding the missing passenger on your tour, the person was late coming back to the coach and while I completely agree our driver should have double checked his number, we took action the second we heard the passenger was missing. We organised the pick up by our second driver on our Loch Ness tour who was driving right behind your coach. Also we do advertise on our website that the option at Loch Ness are extras and we have listed the price for each of them.
