非常推荐的一次高地旅行
Alex人很好，他一路照顾我们，让我们的行程合理，讲解也很生动。Eilean Donan城堡非常漂亮，我们在早上和晚上都看到了它，每次看到它都有不同的感受。当地的讲解员还给我们体验了魔鞋的奇妙幻觉，真是太棒了！

高地三日游，导游是Neil。人很好，给我们旅行和食物方面的建议。旅行过程中，全程几乎不间断讲一些历史小故事，穿插小笑话，很好调节了气氛。
我报名了高地三日游，导游 Neil人非常贴心，有任何疑问询问Neil，他都会耐心解答。另外，导游将每个人送至不同宾馆check-in,令人感动。

Best trip ever!

I want to give high marks to both Timber Bush tours, and their driver Tonks! Our trip started off in dicey weather, and halfway to our ferry crossing, we learned that the ferry had been canceled. The office in Edinburgh scrambled to find an alternative way to get us to the Orkney Islands. With just a brief time frame to make the secondferry, our lovely driver Tonks hurried to the docks, and we arrived in time to make the crossing. Not only did this create added adventure to our tour, but handling all the difficulties in our trip gave me insight into the character and organization of Timber Bush. Our group of 11 became a tight crew due to this. I cannot say enough about our driver Tonks who was extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly, extremely funny, and a thorough professional.. Our accommodations at the Grainbank Mews, B&B were outstanding and highly recommended to anyone. Our tours of Skara Brae and other neolithic sites were informative, and mesmerizing, and the trip to the Italian Chapel was a definite highlight. Kudos to Timber Bush tours, to Tonks and everyone involved with making this a very special trip!

Excellent tour, well worth the money

The tour was excellent. The guide, Marita, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and was more than happy to ensure we got to our lodgings. I’d recommend. The ferry trip back on 16th August was entertaining :)

Excellent tour. All very interesting. Good guide and driver.

Excellent tour. All managed very well by Marita, who was very enthusiastic, an excellent driver, very friendly, flexible and knew a lot about Orkney. It was all very interesting and well managed although we wasted a lot of time waiting for the late ferries. The trips through the highlands were also very interesting. I found it a bit difficult to understand what was being said about eating places but that wasn't a serious problem.

Great Tour Guide - Horrible experience with booking/ business office.

So, although I booked this trip in March to go in August, they called the last week of July to say it didn't make. I was very disappointed, but they offered other trips. In trying to avoid transaction fees, I had them book me on the isle of sky 2 day with accommodation and the loch ness 1 day tour instead. BIG MISTAKE! I should have just gotten the full refund and then booked the separate trips. Initial confirmation on the 2 day didn't include the accommodation, and I called immediately, and they corrected it. Then, they issued a refund. When we got to the hotel, they wanted me to pay, so I called timerbush they said they took care of it and would review things in the morning. They next day, they said I owed another 125 pound for the hotel. I'm still going back and forth with them to get the numbers right. To me, it looks like they owe me about $200. All this kind of ruined my last night in Scotland, and I didn't enjoy the second day of the trip as much as I should have. Aside from the financial mess, Marita was great, informative, entertaining, and an all-around awesome tour guide, with lots of helpful tips about what to look for at the stops, where to eat, etc. (5 stars for her).

Dear Sandy, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with us here at Timberbush Tours We're sorry to hear that we sadly had to cancel the tour to Orkney prior to departure. This is not something we like doing and is something we attempt to avoid at all costs. Occasionally due to operational reasons, or the tour not meeting the minimum number of passengers we do need to cancel a tour, unfortunately. I can see we have since refunded an additional £210 for the rescheduled tours as well. This should be refunded back to you within a few working days. I am also glad to hear that despite this, you still had a fantastic tour with Marita, and enjoyed her guidance, knowledge and tips about the Isle of Skye. We will be passing your kind feedback onto her, and taking your feedback for the reservations team as well to ensure we improve our service moving forward. Kind regards, Clara

Excellent all round experience

Our tour guide Chris was extremely informative, interesting, friendly, engaging, very well organised and went well over the call of duty, taking us to fascinating places in addition to the formal itinerary. Consequently, the group gelled extremely well and the very best was made of the experience. Orkney is superb with a collection of neolithic sties that is unmatchable and a must have experience for anyone with a sense of the importance of the past. Top marks for all aspects and an excellent experience!

En magisk tur med mange flotte opplevelser! Dette er andre gangen vi benytter oss av Timberbush, og vi er for andre gang meget fornøyde. Guiden var utrolig hjelpsom og tilgjengelig. Det var guidens første tur med gjester, men vi var på tross av dette veldig fornøyde med turen. Savnet litt informasjon og generell lokalkunnskap på ruten, men det kommer sikkert på plass til neste turen.
